This company is the best. They do really good work & are well priced & efficient. They have a great maintenance plan to ensure the continued efficiency & longevity of my furnace. They installed (retro fitted) it a few years ago & come out annually to check/maintain it. I am so pleased that this is one home maintenance item that I do not have to worry about.

Nick and Jeff were very helpful giving quotes and providing estimates for financing. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and install both my heat pump and furnace in one day without extra charge.

My tech was Ollie. He was professional, detailed and did an excellent job! He was easy to have conversation with but very efficient with his time and his tasks. I will be using Economy Hearth as my new gas fireplace service company.

Everyone was so responsive, helpful and reliable. Fixing HVAC can get pricey but Bodie understood and was able to offer options that kept budgets in mind. He was full of extremely valuable information to keep our system running smoothly and as economically as possible.

Economy Hearth and Home was very helpful in assessing my heating/cooling system issues. I was able to get a quality service technician out to my place to look at my system within a couple of days. The technician was really good at communicating and pleasant to work with. I felt confident that I was in really good hands and getting a good price.

Economy was able to get us on the schedule 1 1/2 months sooner than a competitor. Dillon was prompt, knowledgeable and well equipped with the tools to figure out the issue. A part needs to be ordered, but still are able to use the fireplace manually, instead of with the remote. Happy campers as the winter weather settles in.

I just bought a house and wanted to get a heat pump and some EV chargers installed. I got three quotes from three different companies, all very professional. I got a recommendation from a guy at work who has used Economy Hearth and Home multiple times, so I got an estimate from them.

I was happy that they were a bit lower than the competition and could handle the whole job. We scheduled and they gave options for the heat pump to get for the size of the house we have, as well as for my budget. I got a very nice heat pump, thermostat, coil pack and 2 EV chargers installed for a great price. They called and scheduled to get the job done just a couple days later and everything works as expected.

I would definitely utilize their services again when the need arises.

I highly recommend this local company. Our furnace broke down, so I requested an estimate to install a new one. The communication and service were excellent. They installed a new furnace the very next day; it was incredibly fast.

Bodie did a great job with fixing my furnace and replacing a bad capacitor which quit working during the winter. Highly recommend this company and will be getting a new furnace reasonably priced since ours is 26 years old. Thanks for your great service!

Economy installed a new heat pump and furnace set up for me. They worked with me on the price and warranty details and were very fair. After installation, there were a few minor problems, but economy was all over It with regard to fixing them. The HVAC technicians had great personalities and we’re easy to talk to you.

They gave me a $1000 pre-tax estimate to fix my gas fireplace, saying I needed pilot assembly and receiver. I called another company for a second opinion. They said parts were fine but the receiver needed 4 new AA batteries. They put the batteries in and my fireplace has been working perfectly ever since. Economy will not answer me when I asked for a refund of the deposit of $206 for a diagnosis. Beware when dealing with them.

Brian is a true professional! He clearly communicated what needed to be done to get power to a new sump pump in a my crawl space. He gave me a choice of solutions and fairly priced both options. We bought a Generac from Home Depot, and did not get a vote on the installation company, so we were stuck with these guys. It took weeks and weeks to complete the install from the time we paid out over $16k. They said it was permitted and would be inspected after the install. Found out today that it was never permitted and no inspection ever scheduled when I contacted the county directly. We've been calling, emailing, and texting this company for answers and now they are all ghosting us.

Today’s visit from NW Power’s technician Logan was very successful and satisfactory. He was courteous, efficient, thorough and answered all my questions. Residential generator maintenance/repair:

Horrible communication. Technician forgot their diagnostic book and, despite me trying 4 separate times over 4 months to schedule a repair, NW power and air ghosted us and never called us back. Took our $300 and ran. Tacoma Diesel is a better choice.

Great installation crew. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around.

From start to finish NW Power&Air we're awesome to work with. The installers communicated as they moved through the install, left the area clean of debris and were great around our 2 dogs. I would give a 5 star rating and recommend this company.
