I don’t think my problem was caused by a power surge because you installed at least 8 identical units at the Meridian last year and none experienced a blown fuse
In have had continuous problems since you install my unit. I believe that your warranty should not start until these installation related problems are fixed.

Ollie came to my art studio and made a maintenance checkup on the mini-split unit. He was very professional, calling me beforehand to let me know he was coming. He cleaned the air filter and inspected the outside unit. He explained what he was doing and how the unit was functioning properly. I thought the charge was awfully high, but I guess that’s what you have to pay now.

Economy Hearth & Home Inc was very sympathetic and helpful to getting me a technician to repair my furnace, during the cold spell we had been having the past 4-5 days.

Ollie (Oliver) was on time, professional and friendly. He was done with our semiannual heat pump check up in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend EHH.

I had an emergent condition where I needed a cleaning of my furnace before sale. I called Economy Hearth and Home Inc. and they had a friendly representative at my house within 45 minutes to evaluate and give me an estimate. The estimate was within reason and they were able to install a new furnace within 3 days. Everything worked on the initial start of the replaced gas furnace. Very happy with the service provided, thank you!

I purchased a brand new furnace and heat pump 3 years ago. Economy was great and had it installed in no time. This last March the heat pump turned into a giant ice cube so economy came out and replaced the defrost board. The part was under warranty as the unit is only 3 years old, but I still had to pay hundreds of dollars for labor. Today the heat pump once again turned into an ice cube. I called economy and they came right out to fix the problem. It turns out the defrost board I payed hundreds of dollars to have installed was NOT the problem…it was a simple tune up on the gas valve which was running way to rich and thus shutting down the gas furnace so the heat pump was trying to take over but couldn’t in the cold weather.

I have nothing but praise for Economy but I should not have to pay labor for the defrost board (which was not needed) as well as pay another $200+ dollars today for the simple diagnosis and gas valve tune.

On Friday, my furnace got so hot it melted some parts inside. I caught it and shut it down. I called a few places to get it looked at. The best I could do was next Thursday. I contacted Economy over the weekend and they arranged for someone on Monday. They are going to replace it by the end of the week. I want thank Karl and Oli for getting everything figured out so quickly.

The repair man was very pleasant, on time, and did fix our problem. However, the problem was just a dead battery. I really wish that I didn’t have to pay for a $200 dead battery. It would’ve been nice if the person on the phone who is helping me diagnose my problems could’ve pointed me in the right direction to avoid the situation

Our contractor put us in touch with Jeff at Economy Home & Hearth to replace an existing gas fireplace insert as part of our remodel, and boy am I glad he did. We had shopped around at the big name fireplace stores in Seattle, but were coming back with uninspiring choices and really high quotes. Jeff was able to work with our budget and find us just what we were looking for. The installation tech walked us through everything and made sure we knew how to work it all before he left, but made sure to let us know they were just a phone call away. Our contractor also gave the team high marks for their quality and being easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeff and the team!!

I recently had Economy Hearth & Home Inc. install a Generac Generator at my home. I am completely, and throughly satisfied with the quality, and results of this installation. We purchased a gas fireplace insert and had it installed. The entire process was seamless - great process, excellent produce, and timely installation. We’ll have another one installed in our upstairs fireplace, and Economy Hearth and Home will be the ones to do it.
