I just recently got a heat pump and had a concern regarding loudness late in the evening. Also, my dual fuel system didn’t kick in as initially informed.
I made a service request and was honored by a knowledgeable and experienced technician who explained the noise I was hearing. This was explained by putting the system in the defrost mode. Then the concern about the dual fuel setting. The system program was updated and should come on as instructed.

Jordan replaced the DC motor & outdoor control board on our Daikin heat pump. He did a great job. He was knowledgeable and got our heat pump working again. I appreciated that the office staff looked up our unit to see if it was still under the manufacturer warranty & it was which saved us some money in parts!

I was referred to this company and so glad that I was. I made an appointment for a diagnostic and they came on time Ben was my technician. I received text messages keeping me up on his arrival and time. When Ben showed he was a very welcoming person, he showed me what was wrong with the unit. He gave me two options to solve the problem. We talked about both of them and decided to go with a new unit. There was a week or so in wait time and I understand this due to the Holiday season. So I called Chris in the office to make an install date and she was a pleasure also to work with. Every time I called she was able to answer every questions.

The day of install came and Ben showed on time, he also cleaned his area and the made sure to ask me if I had any questions. I really appreciated the fact that I was included in the process. When that was done he made sure to try the unit. He asked what degree he should set it to I said 72 and the house heated quickly.

If I ever need any other heating or cooling service, I will be calling Peninsula Heating and Cooling. This is a great company.

I can honestly say, Stella and Garrit were 2 of the best employees I've ever worked with....professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient. They went the extra mile to explain everything about my new system and a spotless clean-up. I had a house showing in the middle of it and they even accommodated that! The rest of the staff at Peninsula is also top-notch! I wouldn't work with anyone else!

Stephen and Rich showed up on time, and worked hard both days to complete the a/c installation. They explained everything they would be doing, and Stephen gave us a thorough tutorial on the maintenance and operation of the system when they were done. Great job all around including Chris in the office.

Peninsula Heating and Cooling did a prompt and effective replacement of a part under warranty . My unit is much quiter outside now from their replacement of a fan motor . Thanks to Jesse , Tim and Nancy’s friendly help ! Heat pump .

Nancy in the office was friendly and was able to schedule me in two days later which was wonderful. Jesse and Michael were the technicians. They showed up on time, with a heads up text that they were near. Both were professional and knew their stuff. Left everything clean and neat. Thank you, I will be calling back when I need you in the future.

Scheduled a last-minute maintenance on my furnace and heat pump. Didn't know who to call so I chose Peninsula Heating and Cooling. Sure, glad I did, such a good experience with them and repair gentleman, Sean. Everyone was very nice, and the service was excellent.

So I have been doing the maintenance and troubleshooting on my furnace for 20 years after having a bad experience with one of the other companies in the area. I ran into a problem that stumped me for several hours so figured I'd better call the professionals. After calling around to several companies and finding that most don't service oil furnace's or are a minimum of a week wait time. I went through the list again and called Peninsula, sure wish I'd called these guys first and for that matter wish I called them 20 years ago! I got a technician named Dan who was so good he had problem figured out in less than 5 minutes! Dan is the man when it comes to oil furnaces furnace's

Both the people who work at the front desk and the service/repair technicians here are professional, kind, and efficient. They found a way to get my appointment scheduled sooner because my heat pump had been out of commission for a while during a rare PNW heat wave, which I really appreciated. The technician was on time, friendly, and super efficient. Will definitely book with them again going forward.

The service Tech is very attentive and professional. He does an excellent job each year during the annual maintenance on the furnace. He knows his business. I am not sure what I will do if he was replaced with another Tech. He always listens and is responsive to questions.

Peninsula Heating provided excellent service. Sean came to diagnose the problem. He thoroughly explained everything and was very professional and courteous. He returned again when our part was in and quickly had everything up and running again. Would highly recommend them!

We had multiple local HVAC installation companies bid out installing a mini-split system in the house that our daughter bought and was fixing up. It was an arduous journey but once we had Nathan at Peninsula come and look at what we wanted we were sold. He was able to work all the details and get the bid for a Mitsubishi system that checked all of our boxes.

Then Stephen and Richard installed the system and were extremely professional and patient with us. Stephen wasn't annoyed with my incessant questions and thoughts (I'm an engineer and overthink EVERYTHING!).

The system is working great, is quiet, and now the power meter isn't spinning as fast as it used to! We have Nathan's knowledge and good way with people to thank, I suppose. Until we had him come and look at the house and what was possible, we were totally lost and up in the air.

Bought a furnace a year ago. Awesome. They were on time, very clean, efficient and explained everything detail of the install. I just had my free one year inspection and follow up. Kelly was the technician and he was so polite. He explained in detail how to upkeep and service the furnace. He was very professional yet personable. I would encourage anyone to purchase from this establishment.

Peninsula Heating & Cooling provided excellent service. My furnace quit working one morning the last week of February. On-site repairs were unsuccessful - parts for the 20-year-old unit are no longer made. A PHC representative came to my house and provided a list of options for replacement. I chose a unit appropriate for my house and took advantage of the financing option. The new unit arrived quickly. A two-man crew replaced my old furnace and heat pump in three days. A very clean installation. The PHC rep stopped back in to check on its operation and explain the thermostat functions and options. I am very satisfied with the work and service.

Steven and Richard arrived at the time promised. Relevant information was exchanged and they went to work. They gladly answered any questions I had, especially about choosing the proper filter to use with this unit. At the end of the day they reviewed their work and the heating system with me. Finally, Steven and Richard removed all the refuse swept the work site clean. Finally Josh helped with making a good furnace decision and your office staff kept me informed during the entire process.
