Our furnace was blowing cold air. We put in a service ticket with our property management and Delta T contacted us promptly to schedule a service call. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and made a repair same visit, with instructions to monitor for future issues. Our technician recognized our furnace was also due for periodic maintenance and scheduled a follow-up. He left his card and asked that I call with any questions or concerns.
After the visit, our furnace was reliable and we enjoyed a warm home. Very happy with the prompt, clean, and effective service. 10/10

We are in the process of selling our home and needed to have our system looked over and serviced to ensure proper operation for the buyer. We originally had another company come out, that will not be named, who quoted us more than the cost of a new system install for a few repairs. After this my wife and I decided to get a secondary opinion. With this second opinion my wife reached out to Delta T comfort, LLC. Jodi was an absolute pleasure to deal with over the phone. They handled the high intensity phone call with ease, making it known that they provide quality service. Once their tech, Toby arrived we knew that we were in good hands. He worked tediously in an efficient and proficient manner to inspect our gas furnace. Toby had a friendly personality and was willing to answer any question that arose. All with a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Delta T Comfort for any of your HVAC needs.

During this past hot summer, I decided to air condition our home as a DIY project. I got a
3 Ton outdoor unit (heat pump & AC), matching cased coil, compatable 80k BTU furnace and a Smart Thermostat, all on line.
I got everything in place and hooked up electrically and to the Thermostat.
I knew I had to get a qualified HVAC Tech to silbraze the connections, evacuate and fill the system and light it off. I naively went to the local HVAC shop to ask for help and was promptly told "we only work on what we install". Seems this is the mantra for all the "big boys".
In short order and with high anxiety, I found "Delta T" and Toby the owner. What a God send. He knew everything and did everything and in a matter of hours it was all working as it should. We now have a "dual fuel" (heat pump - gas furnace) system with AC! I control the thermostat from my phone.
So if you need help with anything HVAC, call Toby and relax. Easy to work with, on time and explains what's going on.

The whole process was a great and both Toby who installed the system and Jodi who helped with scheduling were very professional and communicative the entire time. From the initial consultation through installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain various options, answered all my questions, and helped me choose a system that made sense for my home.

The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. Everything was installed cleanly and neatly, and Toby walked me through how to use the new system before leaving. The difference in comfort is noticeable already, and I feel confident knowing the job was done right.

Toby was able to come out and fix an older oil furnace that I was concerned might need to be fully replaced. Last week, I contacted ITS due to significant issues with our system that we were unable to resolve independently. Given the specialized nature of our system, it is typically challenging to secure a technician’s visit. However, Paul from ITS responded promptly and without hesitation. Upon arriving at our premises, he conducted a thorough examination of our system. Paul spent four days working with our system, demonstrating exceptional expertise and care. Throughout his visit, he remained in touch with us to monitor the system’s progress. As a result of Paul’s efforts, our system was successfully restored to full functionality. My thermostat stopped working all of a sudden. I changed the batteries, still nothing. Called Peninsula and they were able to send someone out the same day. Jordan was professional, fixed the furnace /thermostat issue quickly, and explained everything to me. I plan on getting on their maintenance plan.

Awesome service from setting up an appointment to the technician, Jordan, completing the inspection. These guys were amazing when they installed my heat pump, and still are today! I would recommend them to anyone trying to beat the heat and/or stay out of the cold!
