Integrity! We had Peninsula Heating and Cooling install are system when will built our home about 4 years ago and they were great. But since the beginning we had issues with the system as it was no working correctly. They came out numerus times but the system still was giving us problems. To make a long story short, the new owner came out to access the issue as we thought we need to change it all together and he determine that's what needed to happen. They change the unit with a new Bosh unit and added a mini spit for the room above the garage at no coast. I was very impress with the new owner and with the crew they've had since the original installation. We recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Jordan was very professional conducting maintenance on our heating cooling unit. Also josh came to our home earlier and went and looked at our situation and unit to give us an estimate on what a new heating and cooling system would cost. I feel confident these two have our best interests in mind.

Everyone at the main office was very friendly and helpful, especially considering I called them so many times! The tank/line installation team was super timely and very nice and made sure all of my concerns were addressed before beginning the work. The work they did was even higher quality than I had expected. The oil furnace technician was expedient and extremely knowledgeable. We had a secondary issue that arose after they had fixed the primary problem and the technician came back out the same day I called and had it up and running within a few minutes. Due to scheduling issues, illness, and it being such a busy time of year we had been without central heat for over 2 weeks so having them be so quick to get back out was a major relief. The prices were very fair for the work that was done.

My old furnace hadn't had a check up since I moved in and it was due. Jordan was so helpful, even changed the batteries in the thermostat. Of course it needed cleaning, the filter replaced, he had to rewire and repair a couple of things. Now I am good to go for the cold season. Well worth the price for my peace of mind. He did an excellent job.

I was in need of a gas furnace maintenance, as the pilot light had gone out. Their guy was early which I REALLY appreciated! He was patient while I handled out lunch to the 4 people I had hired for the day. He was thorough as he tested my furnace…. He seemed happy I was asking questions, way too many questions! He never gritted his teeth once!! I will call you every time, if I need furnace help. Thank you for hiring, I think his name was Jordan. Great customer service!

We had Peninsula decommission our underground oil tank and remove/replace large portions of our HVAC ductwork. The estimate process was easy and they were able to start both jobs on the same day. We are happy with how the work turned out, especially the ductwork as we had very specific directions on how we wanted it re-done. The techs that did the work were friendly and we appreciated their level of communication.

Peninsula is my go-to for my oil burning furnace. Dan, the service man is a topnotch, very knowledgeable guy. Just had him service my furnace and wouldn't consider having anyone else. Since we moved in here in 91' had several other outfits service but for the last 15 years, Dan's the Man. Recommend Highly.

It isn't easy finding an affordable and good HVAC contractor in Bremerton. Peninsula installed a new heat pump for me, and they were great from start to finish. The estimator and installers were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their "house" equipment is Daikin/Goodman, in case that matters, but as we all know, the quality of the installation matters, and they do a great job (this is my third house I've had HVAC installed in). They took care with my floors, setting down drop cloths and cleaning up after they were done. After-install service is also important, and they were prompt with equipment registration, lien releases (e.g. electrical work), and permit scheduling. They're also great at answering simple questions, like whether or not a MERV 8 filter is OK to use with the new furnace. 100% recommend them if you need a new HVAC system.

First rate heating company. Nancy was friendly and on the spot with a cancellation so we were able to get service the same day during a cold snap. Jesse and Michael were also friendly and their expert experience and team work got right to the problem and back to working full capacity in no time saving us comfort, time and money! I highly recommend this Peninsula with any heating job you have. I don't expect to have any problems, however I will definitely call them if need them. I have full confidence in their work. Great service as always. Came at the scheduled time, was very familiar with all of our equipment. Performed all the preventive maintenance and tested the system. Everything was in good order. Jordan took the time to provide explanations and checked to see if I was operated the system correctly. Well done Jordan and your team!

Just had a technician here regarding our ductless heating unit approximately a year and a half old. Seems like there could be a leak which is causing our unit not to function effectively or efficiently. We are in need of a another visit to trace and troubleshoot the cause very disappointed since this is a fairly new unit and now we have to undergo more costs to rectify this possible leak very inconvenient since we are now going through some low temperatures at night we are on a fixed income seniors, and hopefully some of this cost will be covered by warranty, but no promises made. I want to be clear the technician was very professional and informative. I guess I will know more in our next visit how much this may cost us. we have always been very proactive with all purchases of products and have used Peninsula heating for our first cleaning and maintenance visit in 2024. We are crossing our fingers that they will back up their product and service. Time will tell.

Peninsula Heating and Cooling was very responsive and understanding of my needs and requirements for a heat pump to replace our old oil furnace. The technician Josh, who came out was professional, friendly, and informative. Peninsula was one of three Heating Companies I received bids on this project, and of the three, Peninsula gave me the most comprehensive information I needed to make a decision.

PHC responded timely and generously to a warranty call when we noticed our Daikins heat pump efficiency dropping over time and our system giving a "low on refrigerant" error code towards the end of the heating period in April.

Technician took the time to conduct a thorough leak search, isolated the outdoor unit and three indoor zones, identified the leak in the outdoor unit after a few days of monitoring, ordered the replacement part from Daikin and installed it with no costs to us.

They also visited a few weeks later to ensure the system operated stable and with no further loss of refrigerant.

Time between service call and scheduled visit: 1 to 2 weeks
Time between detailed leak search visit and repair visit: about 2 weeks

Peninsula has been so great and responsive to work with over the years. Knowledgeable team members who are willing to team with other service providers to ensure the best and most accurate repair/service is done. Couldn't recommend them more!

Peninsula Heating and Cooling installed the heat pump in our home for the builder and they have been servicing our system ever since. They are easy to reach and schedule service with, we have been pleased with the service we’ve received from them, and we intend to keep working with them in the future.

I have a diesel oil furnace that was soot! (Black particles)
I went with peninsula heating and cooling instead of Dana’s because they could get me in the next day! Instead of two weeks out, with no heat to my house!
I’m not only thankful for that, but the service tech I believe is Dan!
He knows his furnace! I believe he said 30 years or so in this industry!
Bought my house a year ago or so. not knowing much about diesel oil furnaces.
As dan was diagnosing and servicing it, he went over how to check if you’re getting power to it, reset or what happens when you get locked out, Had questions about replacing my thermostat. He Went over what he was replacing and how. I could go on and on about the knowledge he share how persistent he was! And
About how thankful I am for his service! But I think you guys get the point!
