During a power blackout, my generator was running but the house never got the memo, I called NW Power and Air because a family member relies on medical equipment that can’t be without power. They got me on the schedule for the very next day.

Gabe and Parker arrived right on time, completed the much-needed maintenance, and quickly diagnosed why the power wasn’t transferring to the house. They ordered the part immediately, expedited delivery, and scheduled a repair date.

When the part arrived, they showed up promptly again, installed it, tested the system to make sure everything worked perfectly, and left everything in great shape.

David and Logan came out to assess and repair a generator failure. These technicians were beyond outstanding both in diagnosing the problem and in insisting that the problem be thoroughly and comprehensively addressed. After first opining that this was a straight forward matter, David saw that an engine part had broken resulting in a serious risk that components of the broken part had fallen into the engine itself. After experiencing some pushback from Generac, David and Logan’s perseverance and insistence ultimately convinced Generac to send a brand new replacement engine. This was the correct solution and cutting corners would have very likely seriously impacted future performance and reliability, most likely causing further failure in the future. If not for the extreme professionalism and thoroughness, not to mention genuine caring for my well being, safety and security, this issue would have been left only partially addressed, and I am very grateful for their work ethic and superior skills. When they came back to install the engine, David and Logan demonstrated a very high skill level, completing a really big and complicated installation flawlessly. These are some fabulous technicians. I should note also, that the office staff has been very thoughtful and responsive. Overall, I give NW Power and Air my highest possible rating and recommend them without hesitation.

The installation crew was excellent. They were on time, courteous, and worked hard to get the installation done right! When the installation was done, the crew cleaned up and walked us through everything. The installation crew was a great example of the company they represented. And Kara in the office was instrumental in getting our project on schedule and on time. Every contact with Northwest Power & Air was courteous and made us feel like a valued customer.

I recently had a generator installed at my home. I received several bids and all the companies were excellent. NW Power and Air was able to super tailor the generator to my exact, specific requirements. The service from start to finish was professional and straightforward. I want to thank Kara and Amy in the office, Aaron for the inspection, and Logan and “D” (electricians) and the other folks that came out. No one (including me) could remove one final block needed to run the gas line, but country boy Logan got it done! NW Power and Air continues to support my family by monitoring the generator and providing annual maintenance (all at a reasonable price). I would highly recommend their services.

The company did outstanding job with my new backup power and I got a great deal on the entire project. I will look to them for other upgrades I need in the future. This team was nice, on-time, and did a really nice job on all the work that had to be done to complete the project. The team ran into some issue but resolved those issues without extra cost or down time.

To say I got great service it’s an understatement. Not only the job was done fast, it was clean and I got the best product at a great price. I got a quote for Ac Heat pump combo from 3 different companies and NW Power and Air gave me a high end machine and was still cheaper than the other places 2nd. Best product. Highly recommend.
