We moved into a house at the end of September and didn't immediately have a need to test the heating system (which came out clean on our inspection). However, there was a pretty immediate cold snap, and we found ourselves needing the heat which worked one day and then we realized we could not keep the furnace going. I'm not sure how my fiance landed on Jet Heating & Cooling but I'm glad he did. They were able to get out to us well before any other company could (despite the fact that we were without heat). On the initial visit, the technician went over our whole system and thought he identified the problem and fixed it. We were leaving town for the weekend and didn't realize until we returned that in fact it had worked very briefly and then died. So the same tech came back, tested further and was able to identify a couple more things, repair them and get us up and running. Overall the double visit was not great, but we were not charged for the return, and only paid for work repairs that actually had to be made (it was our thermostat, by the way). Additionally, the tech gave me a complete walkthrough of our heating system and showed me around the furnace and how to do some troubleshooting on my own if I needed it. They showed up when they said they would, and clearly cared about us as people and customers. They will definitely be our go-to needs in the future (I just hope we don't need them anytime soon).

Well worth the wait.
106 degree day, last June. A/C compressor dies. Let’s replace the whole 31 year old system, Gas Furnace, Compressor & Coil. Not only lowest bid, but amazing Coleman & Aspen equipment.
Shannon made all arrangements to get Maria out to inspect, evaluate, suggest equipment, go over all important items/issues, then price.
Jacob & Blake on-time, we’ll prepared, ready to install complete new system. Hard working, polite, explained everything…very professional.
Very responsive company, considering all the issues with material & labor shortages these days.

My wife and I had a Mini Split installed through Jet Heating and it was a pleasure working with them. There was an issue with the drain line that caused some damage to the house. I called Shannon and he was extremely responsive to get it fixed at no cost to myself. Now it's as good as new and the system has gone through the summer keeping the house at the perfect temperature! I really appreciate that there are still good companies out there that take care of their customers!

All of your technicians have been awesome. After 2 companies failed me, Jet Heating and Cooling came through! I purchased a new heat pump and furnace from Sears. Terrible experience. I then had a Mini Split installed from another company; their name escapes me. That was also a terrible experience. I ended up having you guys come out. You fixed my botched Mini Split install, and you were able to get me custom sized air filters for my furnace. Thank you.

In about a 10-year period of time, I foolishly purchased not 1 but 3 heat pumps from this company. The initial heat pump I purchased from them was to replace a heat pump that was about 30 years old and never had any problems, not once, until it just stopped working one day.

The first heat pump I purchased from JET was installed and never quite worked properly. They returned multiple times (translation = I had to call them, wait until they had time on their schedule, waited for them to arrive, etc.). All the while my electric bill sky rocketed b/c I had to use emergency heat. That heat pump had to be replaced within a year. Thankfully, that one was covered by a warranty.

The 2nd heat pump also never quite worked properly and I had to have this company do repairs over and over.....always related to its inability to accurately regulate temperature. Same as the first one they installed. And, just like before, I paid the price for my increased electric bill due to the need to rely on emergency heat. That heat pump lasted maybe 7 years.

The 3rd heat pump was installed in December 2022. I am sitting here, once again, waiting for them to come out here and fix the temperature regulation. My electric bill last month was nearly $500! due to emergency heat b/c this heat pump isn't working properly. Different heat pump manufacturer, same problem.

What is the common denominator? JET Heating and Cooling.

And my ignorance in believing that the problem all along hasn't been the installer, but the installed product.

At this point, I will not give this company another dime.

I encourage you to refrain from doing so as well.

Despite having a very busy schedule, when the part came in needed to restore my hot water system, they came by that afternoon on a Friday and stayed 4 hours until 8:30pm to make sure my heating system was up and running. Installation was less than a year old so all work was covered under warranty and free of charge - much appreciated!

Dan was on time, professional, friendly & respectful!! He repaired our OLD heater. Didn’t pressure us to immediately put in a new system. He was very honest w/my husband.
During our time w/no heater, they even LENT us a space heater.
I will, absolutely use Jet again. We’re extremely pleased with our experience.

Our furnace circuit board burned up. They made it a priority to get out here the same day. Were able to repair, and have heat again! I couldn't be happier, thank you! Plus not pushy or trying to upsell us on replacing, even though it is older. I would recommend.

Jet came out and found my system leak, ordered my part and repaired my system without a single penny being requested upfront. No payment until job completed. Jet Heating and Cooling !!! … fantastic company they charge fair prices, and really care about their customers. Everyone in the neighborhood highly recommends them too, and a large number of the top realtors all over Bremerton recommend them. I’m so happy they came over and fixed my HVAC really nice people. I can’t say enough about how good this company is. I would highly recommend them. Give him a call they are top-notch.

Highly recommend JET! Jacob diagnosed our problem right away and changed our system to be more efficient (saving me $$) and gave me pointers for how best to treat our heat pump, blower motor, you name it. Knowledgeable, thorough, and there was no attempt at upselling/pressuring sales pitch. In a nutshell: this is a gem of a company!

Our furnace stopped operating right as colder weather hit the area. I called Shannon at Jet and she had a repair technician on site very quickly. It was a simple fix to get the furnace up and running. Jet H and C is my go-to for service and installations. I really like these folks!

Our furnace was blowing cold. I called Jet on the recommendation of our neighbor. Maria set an appointment for the very next morning. Jacob immediately found the problem, fixed it without parts, and was done within an hour. He is very pleasant and clearly enjoys his work. Jacob even found our "C" wire so that I can now install a smart thermostat. We're quite pleased.

My experience with Shannon and his team was 100 percent positive. They installed a new furnace and from start to finish were extremely efficient, did top quality work, and they were very caring of my needs and took time to explain in detail the system. They assessed my furnace situation very quickly and were extremely competent and also took great care of my home by protecting carpets, reinstalling my furnace filters to make them more convenient for changing and took care of every detail in the most professional manner. They are not only highly skilled but very conscious and caring of the customer's needs. I would recommend them 100 percent if you are looking for excellence in workmanship and customer caring. The office staff and entire team were wonderful!

We are so impressed with Jet Heating and Cooking. They were able to send out a repairman within a hour of our call! He found the problem, went to get the replacement motor our furnace needed, and got it installed all in one morning. Called at 8:30am - had heat again by noon!! We’re so glad our neighbor recommended Jet!

Great service and competent staff. They go out of their way to take care of a problem you are having. We purchased our new furnace through them and they were on time, did a very clean installation, friendly, and answered our questions. They are our go to heating and cooling company. We are very pleased with all interactions we have had with them.

I live in an apartment complex that uses Jet Heating for service. They came out to my home in January after having repeated no heats due to my pilot light being out. They replaced the thermocouple and it seemed to work fine after that. In February my gas had been turned off and I had Cascade Gas out to turn it back on. During their visit, the technician shut my heater off and red flagged it for not being safe to operate due to combustion/carbon monoxide leaking into my home. I wonder why that wasn't discovered during the appointment in January? Anyway, my heater has since been replaced and is working great. Other than a soot stain on my carpet, I am happy with the install. Stay safe out there folks! Carbon monoxide is dangerous!

I had electrical issues in my house that were keeping me up at night. I called Jet Heating and Cooling and Josh came out to diagnose the problem.

He was so great to work with as he methodically did his process of elimination kindly explaining everything to me as he did each step.

When he pinpointed the issue and I could witness the result it took a ton off my mind! I am sure I hovered a bit being so curious and I super appreciate how Josh handled that.

Now I can sleep at night! Learning the mechanics of how something works (or doesn’t work!) is tremendous peace of mind.

Having that issue resolved so pleasantly was an added bonus I did not expect. It was a good day!

I will definitely call on Josh and Jet Heating and Cooling for any future concerns. A+ 5 Stars from me!
