We had found Jake's company through a regular Google search. We were looking for a small plumbing business that is located near us. We needed help right away. He showed up when he said he would. He was respectful when working inside my home. He diagnosed the issues inside and outside. He repaired every aspect of the problem, including adding a shut off valve for easy access down the road. I am so thankful and appreciative. He did an excellent job!

I just hired Proles Plumbing to do some repairs for some leaks. We had two companies bid the work and Proles came in under the other bid and had better customer service. I am a Real Estate agent so I always need plumbers and I am definitely adding them to my preferred plumbers for all of my clients in the future.

Jake at Prole's plumbing was great. He got us on the schedule quick, was clean and efficient. Unfortunately, there were a lot of technical issues that popped up, and we had to end up replacing the water heater. He took care of it all (in the basement!) from trying to fix the existing one, replacing the defective unit and hauling off the old one. He had a unit with him, so we didn't have to wait. Thanks Jake, great small local business. They are in Chatteroy but he came to west of Deer Park no problem.

Jake from Proles Plumbing was amazing! Our water heater stopped working and he was able to come by the next day after calling. It was so nice to have hot water back again and in such a timely response. He was great with my two toddlers running around and they were super interested in what he was doing and all his tools and he even had little coloring pages for them! He listened to what our water issues were and asked questions about any further problems so at the end he was able to give us other suggestions to things he could do to help us out (example: water softener, heat pump etc). Besides Jake being super helpful and fixing our problem I loved how when he gave us these suggestions he gave us the price and emailed us quotes so my husband and I were able to talk it over and not feel pressured to give a response immediately. We’ve ended up using Proles Plumbing for another service and even picked his brain on a few other plumbing questions. I would recommend Proles Plumbing to anyone and know who we’ll be calling if something else comes up!

Jake installed a water softener and water filter in our new home. He did a tremendous job as well as cleaning up garbage etc after he finished. He was very kind and very easy to talk to as I asked many questions while he was working and afterwards. He was very helpful in answering those questions. What impressed me the most was our sprinkler system quit working and he came back several days later to solve the problem. As it turned out I turned off the system and he got it started for me and taught me more about the system. He did this on his time with no cost. I highly recommend him for your plumbing work.

Jake provided very efficient service and worked seamlessly with another contractor I had at my house at the same time replacing some water damaged boards under my kitchen sink. Very reasonable prices and unbelievably flexible in servicing all of the needs of my house to make sure it's ready to go on sale in the next month or so.
