Reviews of local pros in Chattaroy, Washington

Jake is terrific, I contacted him on his website this morning and Reva call within half hour. He was able to come to our house today to replace our garbage disposal and we were impressed by his professionalism, pride in his work and affability. We are very grateful to have him as Our Plumber and will eagerly recommend him!

Very impressed. Great communication, reasonably priced, prompt, and professional. We needed a new plumber to finish out the cabin. Wish our contractor would have gone with him to begin with!

Jake and Kelly were great. They took care of an outdoor leaky spigot that I needed to get done before the cold months. He also gave me some advice about some other things in my house and how to maintain them. Highly recommend Proles Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Talk about a great company! This company was referred to me by a family member and i am so thankful i listened! Jake came in and fixed the leaks in my kitchen and bathroom sink areas. They were so efficient with checking their work and making sure that everything was working properly before they left that I felt so taken care of! Best price around and so very kind. I will definitely be using Jake and his company again and I will continue the word of mouth of how great this company is! Highly recommend!

We built a new house and needed filtration done quickly before the iron in our well water stained all our new fixtures. They were very quickly to get it installed and they were $2000 cheaper than our well company. Didnt upsell and was very helpful.

Kelly and Jake came into our business for lunch, and got to talking with my husband, Eric, and offered to help us install a grease trap. Both super enjoyable really nice guys.! Kelly showed up on Monday, 2 February, right on time and had everything installed beautifully within an hour. We are so beyond pleased and thankful and grateful!! Eric said Kelly was such a down-to-earth, professional & really cool guy to talk with, and made the experience very enjoyable.
We recommend this company 100%. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. Thank you guys for being so amazing, we appreciate you!!!!

Had Proles Plumbing come out to fix a drain issue. Took almost no time, maybe an hour for them to fix. We had another company out a few days ago and they spent several hours and did not resolve the problem and charged us twice as much. Would highly recommend these guys. Prompt service, fair price, professional work. Super satisfied customer.

Bud was the man, and got the work done quickly and honestly.

Nick, the service tech did a great job. Very tentative. Even swept the floor.

Nick did a great job and diagnosed the problem right away to my commercial ice machine.

Bud was very friendly and professional. He answered all my question and reprogrammed my thermostat.

They have all been so helpful! Kurtis is very professional and helpful. The whole team is great!

Kurtis was pleasant, prompt, and professional in his service, and I would recommend him and the company with confidence! Thanks, Bob Miller 😀

Performed thorough maintenance. Advices on the condition of the heating unit and possible issues for its age. Knowledgeable, professional, polite and honest.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and HVAC people remodeling our properties and theae guys are the best. Just installed a new AC unit and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
