Came the next day and cut out a gas pipe so we could install a new range Justin was professional and good at what he dose he needs a nice bonus!

Nick showed up earlier then expected and was able to get our beer cooler working. These guys always do what they can for us and i am very grateful to them.

The company tag line begins with: "Stop putting up with sketchy HVAC providers." But....45 minutes after my scheduled appointment was to begin I was finally informed the rep wanted to reschedule for the next day. Might have been ok if I was given the choice before I took a half day off from work without pay. Not willing to risk losing more pay on a company that bailed on the first appointment and doesn't consider the effect on the customer regardless of the reason. There are too many other choices in the market to be jerked around by inconsiderate HVAC providers.

I had a very old gas hot water heater that needed replaced, they installed a new tankless system, works great. Also my dryer vent was originally put in wrong causing dryer to have lint problem and blowing fuses in dryer, they put in a new vent, looks great and I am sure it fixed the problem.

Justin Dickerson and Kurtis Altenbach were very professional and very informing. They arrived on time and introduced themselves in a very friendly way. They were not overbearing and calm and collected when I asked questions I was not privy to. Most definitely an experience that made me want to be a return customer.

Furnace not working and a cold morning. We got quick service in about an hour and tech fixed the problem. He was thorough and professional. Made recommendations and did a little extra. Will call this company when we need service or maintenance of our system.

Pacific Air's service was top notch. The technician, Bud, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. He arrived on time (in fact, slightly early); analyzed the situation quickly and accurately; went to retrieve a required part; and had our furnace back humming and warming the house in under two hours. (The problem occurred during an unexpected springtime cold snap.) Bud patiently answered our questions and let us know what he was doing throughout the whole process. If we have future problems with heating or air conditioning, we will definitely call Pacific Air & Refrigeration LLC. And we will ask for Bud, if he's available.

Review from Spokane Valley, WA... Main job was: New central AC unit (2.5 ton, 30,000 btu, 14 seer) replacement for 1,300 sqft house... I called a local company that I have used in the past. Their quote was obviously too high. I wanted a 2nd estimate. My mom had used >Pacific Air< in 2020 for her AC replacement, so she called them and they showed up promptly. Long story short, they came in at a great price, nearly $2,000 less than the 1st bid... I accepted their bid. A few days later, 2 guys showed up to do the work ( 1 of the 2 guys was the guy that gave me the bid that sealed the deal. I like that), they did everything; duct work, new AC pad, wiring, vents. The new unit is great. It's way quiter, more efficiant, and a great addition to my house. I could go on and on, and on... Bottom line, Pacific Air gets 5 stars from me and my family. With the caution that this is a review from the initial work done in the last few hours. This is not a long term test review

They installed the gas lines for my apartment. Wesley did a fabulous job. He was easy to work with and very professional. He was always on time and his work was done quickly. I would highly recommend him to others.

I have had issues with my mini- split unit. Pacific Airs tech came out in a timely manner and worked to resolve the issues. Tech was courteous and explained the issues and made suggestions to hopefully keep the Fujitsu unit running without any further issues. Gary T.

I am very happy with my experience. Bud was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the issue amazingly fast! Another company said I needed a whole new unit for $8,000+. The repair was under $1,000.

Today our technician Nick worked very diligently to get our AC working again. The company was very flexible and helped fit us in quickly. Would definitely recommend if you need any AC services.

I run a Laundromat and it was time to clean the duct work to my commercial sized dryers Curtis was prompt and professional he went the extra mile to make sure my dryers were running at peak performance he work all day long on my 46 dryers and they are all working better then ever! I'll definitely be calling this company again in 6 months after the busy summer months to remove the lint build up again! Thanks!

I appreciate having new clean ducts in my house. We were coughing and thanks very much for doing an outstanding job. The technician was careful to clean every vent with care and also explained the process before he began. He was able to answer all our questions. Bud and Kurtis were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient, and we greatly appreciated their professionalism! We were very impressed with the quality of their service, and we will be sticking with Pacific Air for all our HVAC needs.

Bud did an awesome job flushing, cleaning and inspecting my tankless water heater. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the company is that in my humble opinion charging $150/hr for travel time both ways seems excessive. Otherwise I’m very happy with the service.
