Reviews of local pros in Chattaroy, Washington

Definitely will call again when needed. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed what we were having issues with. While scoping to give us a good to go, there was another problem. That's fixed now too thank goodness. We just bought house 4 months ago and had no idea.
Thanks guys!

Jake was very kind and professional. He was so awesome at diagnosing and fixing my clogged dishwasher and shower - at such a fair and reasonable price as well! I am so glad to have met him and will definitely be reaching out if I have any more plumbing issues.

Absolutely great company to work with! Owner is honest with fair prices and great availability! Will recommend to my family and friends!

Jake, owner of Proles was fantastic to work with. He spent time explaining all the options for dealing with removing the high iron content from the well water. Very fair and professional. I highly recommend Proles. I now have crystal clear water!! Yay 😁

Jake of Proles Plumbing was awesome! We were able to get an appointment to review the project, an estimate came within a few hours, and he completed the work on time and done very well. Would highly recommend Proles Plumbing!

Jake came by and did an excellent job installing a new reverse osmosis water filter system for us. He was able to fit us in quickly and efficiently installed the system at a very reasonable rate. We will definitely contact him again for any future plumbing needs.

Punctual, Professional & Honest. They got the work completed in a timely fashion. They were able to answer all of my questions. They did not try to up sale me on anything. I'm already scheduling to have them back for another project. Highly recommend.

Simple job but Jake was punctual, great communication and asked for pictures to ensure he had the correct parts to do the job right the first time. He even checked our water quality. We will definitely recommend Proles Plumbing to a friend and definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Jake is fantastic! This is the second time he’s come to our rescue. We will definitely call him anytime we have plumbing issues. Quick to respond, knowledgeable and overly fair on his prices. It’s easy to highly recommend him to anyone.

Jake came as part of our bath remodel team. We asked him to do a small job in the kitchen after he finished in the bathroom. He was terrific! He’s now our plumber for life! Professional, personable, great communicator—straight talker.

We had Proles Plumbing do a bunch of work for us, and we are so glad we did! Specifically Jake did the work and we are so pleased! He took care of under sink and behind toilet connections, he did new hose bibs, a new water heater, seated our toilets after we had our floors put in.... And everything was done wonderfully! We strongly recommend Proles Plumbing and Jake to do any of your plumbing work! Jake is a joy to work with and extremely good at his job!

Jake came over to replace the under bathroom sink water shut off valves as they were old and corroded. He texted ahead, showed up on time, was very professional. Quickly and efficiently he was able to assess, turn the water main off and complete the job all in 30 mins! Great service!

Jake was thorough and super nice. He went above and beyond for me. I recommend Proles highly for your plumbing needs.

It has been a pleasure working with Proles Plumbing. Jake is kind, honest and hardworking. He makes sure things are done well. I have appreciated his help with a large bathroom remodel and steam shower. He saved the day when my husband mistakenly thought he could do some work...

Our experience with Jake and his team was fantastic! Fast, courteous, informative, and just good people. Would highly recommend!

Thank you so much Jake! I tried out the heat pump and it's working perfectly! It's so wonderful to have hot water on command again!
Jake came within a couple days of calling, was totally on time, knew exactly what we needed, was extremely professional but also caring, helped us find an electrician, came hugely recommended by our handyman, and will come back and do more work on our house even though our house has 10 million things wrong with it. Can't recommend this company enough! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Jacob was super nice to start with. He fit me into his schedule on short notice to fix my kitchen sink issues (🤢). He was prompt and super informative. Jacob took the time to explain to me what the problem was, what he did, why he did it. I love when someone teaches me something new! Totally awesome! I highly recommend Proles for any plumbing issues.

Prolonged calling a plumber and now REALLY wishing I hadn't. These guys were absolutely stellar, made a call they were here AND fixed my leak issue the same day. Fantastic...they also left me with leads to tackle some other things I had going on. Call m, you'll be glad you did.
