Ivan is the best!!! We had to revamp out master shower on the fly due to a bad leak and our plumber recommended Ivan after 3 weeks of searching for a tile person to finish the job! He also helped by purchase a glass door and installed it for us too! Ivan was amazing to work with and his bid was by far the fairest pricing ever! He was polite, prompt, clean and willing to help in adding a can light inside the shower, so it was not so dark. It is gorgeous and I will be hiring Ivan and his crew for multiple renovations in the future to our home in North Bend!

Ivan and his crew raised my dated sunken living room floor. His crew did an excellent job and pricing was very competitive. I wished the bid was more detailed as we really didn’t discuss the vents which are not finished off but that aside, I would not hesitate to use Creative Construction again.

Ivan remodeled 2 bathrooms for us. It was a complete remodel down to the studs which included moving toilets, walls, extensive tile work, plumbing and electrical. The project lasted 2 months. Ivan is very good at tiling, very responsive to our requests. He provided an accurate estimate and his final costs came very close to the original estimate despite our modifications to the original plans. He works with a top notch designer (Julia) who I highly recommend as they make a great team. In the end, as our friends have commented, our bathrooms looks like something you see in a first class hotel. We love our bathrooms, can’t think of a single thing wrong with it and I know I am a fairly demanding client to have.

We had damage to our fence and primary bedroom ceiling during the November bomb cyclone. Ivan came out and gave us a fair estimate to repair both. He and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and did a great job. we have worked with many contractors over the years and Ivan was by far one of the best.
