The obligatory labor charge was exorbitant BUT Sears/Amarpreet repaired my oven. Amarpreet had the needed replacement part in his van (no second repair visit required) which is HUGE. I gave Amarpreet the rest of the day off.

David was on-time, professional, and explained my options.

Martinez was wonderful. We gave him the symptoms of the Riding Lawn Mower having trouble and he knew right what to do. He explained everything and cleaned up as well. We are very happy.

Not sure how they get work done if they do not show up to their scheduled appointments. The first one they had to reschedule on me, the second one had a window from 8am-12pm. I get a call around 11:50am the day of appointment, after waiting all morning, telling me the tech called in sick, and they have to reschedule again. Two mornings wasted.

Brandon was great! He quickly replaced the heating element and vacuumed out the compartment where lint had accumulated. He was kind and incredibly professional.

Best experience ever!!! When Ritesh showed up he went right to work and said that the knob on the washer needed replacing, but then stepped back and said I’m going to check something else. It was the something else. He saved me so much money and his time. Thanks Ritesh I will be requesting him again when I need service.

Ritesh was very kind and he was able to share his knowledge so it made sense to me. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our fridge in a very short time.

The technician came into my house to check on the refrigerator, after calling people and checking on the pieces, he said that the refrigerator needed 3 parts to be repaired, I said it was ok with me. Then after being on his phone for a while calling people and checking he came back to me and said that it will cost $1,089.00 to be repair, we talked about future insurance and he said it was not covered in my area, then I said it was fine with me since I don't have any protection or insurance, then after a while on his phone he came back to me and said that one of the parts needed is not available any more, I asked if eventually they will have the part to which he responded to, “they will not make it anymore, not ever”. He wanted me to decline the visit and sign as I was declining the visit, to which I responded that I will be happy to sign but he needed to add that the refrigerator was not being repaired due to the fact that the part needed is not in production anymore. He was not happy about it and said in an angry manner that if he wrote it like that, the visit would cost me more money to Which I said I did not mind, I just wanted to write down the real reason why my refrigerator was not repaired. He got really mad and argued with me about me not understanding that I just needed to sign. I didn't understand why he refused to be specific on the reason why my refrigerator was not repaired. He grabbed his phone and suddenly the “out of production” part magically appeared on stock. He asked me if I wanted the refrigerator to be repaired for $1,089.00 - I called to my husband to double check and he said “go ahead and repair the refrigerator” I said yes, I want my refrigerator to be repaired. He madly shook his head no, saying that my decision was a mistake, that he would not recommend that my refrigerator should be repaired and that he would not guarantee that after fixing the refrigerator it would not have more problems. I asked him if he at least would guarantee his work and he said no, only for 40 days. After all the things he said I doubted my decision of repairing my fridge to which he added “I have spent more time here than I need to, my time costs $500.00 an hour!!” He was Hurrying me for a decision after putting so many doubts on my mind. I was frightened by his attitude. He said "declined here this trash visit" then I said "I beg your pardon" he did not had the guts to repeat what he said. He replyed "Sign here" Then I just did what he said, I declined the visit. But as soon as he walked out the door I regretted my decision. I really love my refrigerator and I really wanted it to be repaired, but I got bullied/tricked to not too.

Technician was excellent. .. know exactly what the issue was, fixed the issue licky-split, with no mess. Couldn't have hoped for anything better.

Wasn’t fixed with new part, noise still present

Technician was good. Sears doesn’t carry the necessary parts to fix a refrigerator leak although I could have told them exactly what I needed. They come out and diagnose and you need another booking to fix the issue. Not good use of my time.

The repairman was not able to fix the technical issue and when I tried to call Sears customer service they prompt my call to an AI agent that only knows it’s own words and not able to help with solving the problem.. It took 30 minutes of my time with no results!

Brandon was an excellent technician, very professional and work was done in a timely manner. He explained what the issue was and what he was going to do and what part he was going to order to get it fixed

The technician was very professional and responsive to my needs. He was able to assist me and getting my appliance going.

Very efficient and fixed problem quickly, there was a hiccup in the appt scheduling, with a tech no show on a web scheduled day. Called for assistance and was rescheduled. David came out and explained the dishwasher issue and cleared the code.

Ritesh seemed to know what he was doing. I'm not satisfied with the service, though. I was rescheduled 3 times and then today, his arrival time was pushed back twice. The saving grace was that he did show up earlier than predicted. At least my refrigerator is fixed.

5 Stars for the Technician (Ritesh is so professional!)

We had two (really 3) open orders: fridge & dryer + a random address change on contract that interrupted parts delivery.

This was this tech's 4th time out here. Today was to complete the 8/16/24 fridge order (broken ice maker & rails for meat drawer); prior to that he came out twice for another dryer service issue order.

    Always professional & thorough.

Unfortunately, at this time, 0 for the warranty processes.

They're obviously having difficulty getting part for current dryer order.
The tech that came out 8/9/24 for that order was also professional (Brandon). He gave me a c/s phone # to call to ask why our monthly rate changed?

I called and spoke to someone who said she'd look into it & call back. I never heard back, but
as mentioned, after that call our street address just randomly changed (to an address in TX; I'm in WA).
It's been an administrative nightmare on my side having to keep up with it all.
My dryer still is not repaired and it's almost been 2 months without it.
My husband is 100% handicapped and I've washed everything that I can hang dry - but towels, bedding and rugs are piling up. Taking them to laundromat is where I draw the line... can't be away from home-based that long.

Technician from Sears Home Services was EXCELLENT!
Polite and extremely knowledgeable, called me that morning to give approx arrival time & texted as I asked so I could lock the dog up.
There was text/email contact y Sears prior to appt requesting more details on the issue.
This was warranty work on a refrigerator, warranty co. sent a different company out, that technician came out 4x without fixing anything, much less diagnosing the real problems. We finally went back to where we purchased it & they filed the claim, which sent out Sears Home Services, will start there first if anything else goes wrong! Highly recommend!!

David was great about explaining what caused the drainage problems with our dishwasher, so much so that I feel confident about fixing similar issues in the future. Our problem was a blocked drainage pipe that led to a y-air gap fitting. David removed the blocked pipe and then we cleared the pipe of debris. David explained that the y-air gap part needed to be replaced, something that David was not authorized to do because a plumber is required for pipe work. But David was kind enough to Google the part and texted it to me so I could pick it up at a hardware store. I installed the part and everything is working great. Thank you David!
