We are happy to provide a review as Orca went beyond reasonable expectations to obtain a successful repair. Unfortunately they were unable to repair our older appliance, but on the plus side they were always honest, friendly, courteous, and interested in best outcome for us as a customer. Through several return visits, we always found them punctual and easy to deal with. Comparing to the horrible experiences suffered by some reviewers of other appliance repair business, we may have been lucky to have found Orca.

Orca Appliance is my go to for all appliance needs. The technicians are skilled and efficient and special shout out to Victoria in the office who is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and responsive! Anytime something pops up with one of my residents I know they are in good hands when Orca is involved!

This is my second time using Orca Appliance Services. Once again the technician was very knowledgeable, profesional and thorough. Our oven and stove cooker stopped working for some unknown reason and instead of replacing it I wanted to see if we could get it fixed. Evidently the connection between the cooker and the wall power wasn’t good and was actually unsafe according to the technician. The cooker is back to working AND is safe now! Win win. Thank you again to this wonderful repair company. I will definitely be using them for any of my appliance issues in the future.

First time using Orca Appliance Services:

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Orca Appliance Services. I sent them an email inquiry about fixing my dryer and I got a prompt reply and was scheduled the next day. The two technicians that came were professional, kind to me and my dog, quick to figure out the issue and even quicker to get it resolved. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of their work and I will be keeping Orca Appliance Services in mind for any future issues I might have with our household appliances. I highly recommend them.

Orca Appliance Service technician is very knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose my dryer problem in 30mins (i.e. short circuited) in about 30mins. Essentially he opened up the dryer casing, troubleshooting around the heating component electrical connectors, tracing along the wire up to the main circuit board, to the outside dryer connectors to determine the problem. Thanks to him my dryer is working and heating up now.
Fix: if that happens, try to reset your power supply to the dryer a couple of times. That’s how he did it.

My washer and dryer both stopped working in the same time, the washer had a leaking issue and the dryer couldn’t dry the clothes well enough, and I decided to give Orca Appliance Services a shot. I was completely satisfied with the service, the technician is great and professional, was on time and fixed everything the same day!

I wish I could give Orca 10 stars. Our icemaker broke. The receptionist at Orca quickly dispatched a repair person. He diagnosed the problem after a brief but through look at the ice maker. We needed a new ice maker. Within 48 hours he was back and quickly installed the ice maker. it works perfectly. Not only was the price reasonable and accurate as quoted, they even gave us two unexpected discounts. We will use them for all future repairs. You can't do better than Orca.

I tried replacing my dishwasher myself but ran into unexpected electrical issues, suddenly I had exposed wire in the kitchen and the water out for the house, and all of this on a Sunday no less. I called and got an appointment for 2 hours later, the guy showed up 40 minutes early. He was in and out in an hour. Great experience, reasonable price

Had Orca complete a Dryer vent cleaning due to a clogged system, and was amazed at the superb service received by the Orca serviceman Oraz! He was very knowledgeable and had to go into the crawl space in order to clear an obstruction and open the dryer exhaust flow. He was able to take care of this service within an hour, and get the dryer put back together, and test the exhaust system. We were very impressed with the service provided, and plan on utilizing Orca for any appliance issues going forward. 5 star service!

Have had Orca appliance services perform repairs a couple times on our oven and fridge. He always does a great job, arrives on time, delivers on promises, and has fair pricing. Before replacing an appliance, consider having this guy fix one that may be failing. Highly recommended

Amazing service! We had them come to repair our fridge because it was making loud noises and leaking. On their first visit, they fixed the leak but not the noise. We contacted them again since the job wasn’t completely finished. They responded with professionalism and assured us they would make things right at no extra charge. We truly felt that they value their customers, and their work is excellent. You will be in good hands if you choose them.

We recently had Orca Appliance Services repair our Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It had begun leaking a great deal of water while washing the dishes. The technician was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem, obtained the needed parts and made the repairs. We really appreciated the quality and effective work - now our dishwasher works like new again!

We've recently had Orca repair a fridge that was randomly tripping the breaker; after replacing a broken ice maker, they then found a faulty valve which resolved the issue. They also repaired a broken front-load washer seal. Excellent work, cleaned up afterwards, and very reasonably priced.

Oraz came over to fix my dryer and he did an amazing job. He was on time, efficient, and very professional. He found the problem within a few minutes and told me exactly how much it would cost, which was extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond by offering to clean the inside of the dryer and he was very thoughtful about putting everything back. It was probably an easier job for him, but as someone who has never had to hire someone to fix an appliance, I am so glad that I called Orca Appliance Services - they made it very easy and a great experience! I also love that this is a family-run business.

My apartment building used Orca when my dryer was having issues (taking multiple cycles for clothes to fully dry). Oraz was the technician who provided service and was very professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Not only did he do a very thorough inspection and cleaning of my dryer unit itself, he also took the time to locate and clean my building's dryer vent (which turned out to be quite clogged as well). Victoria was also very communicative with scheduling and following up after service.

I was able to have a technician out 3 hours after I called! Mr. Lazarus was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did a great job. He had the part I needed on hand and was done replacing it within an hour. I'm keeping his business card on hand for any future repairs I may need. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

What an incredible experience. We had water pooling from our washing machine and they were the first to get back to us, book an appointment, and arrive in a quick window. They diagnosed the problem, guaranteed the part would arrive within 48 hours, and came the morning after they received the part to complete the repairs. We have a new go-to for all appliance issues and we could not be happier customers!

Mr. Roosevelt was very polite, punctual, and most importantly HONEST. I used his services today 12/4/2020 on two properties he was diligent in his diagnostic one appliance he explained to me the issues with the washing machine and he let me know that it would be better for me to replace the appliance. Although he could repair it. ( he does not sell appliances) This recommendation cost him money and was the best resolution for me the customer, grade A in my book.

On the second property we had a samsung dryer that always made a lot of noise, he took his time and now it is as quite as a mouse.
