I just had a very nice man come fix my dryer. I apologize that i can't rember your name but the date was 12/12/2023 time 5 ish. He called Pryor to coming and gave me a time of 30 to 35 minutes and he was spot on. He gave me a quote and I had him fix it. It was a bad wire. He was outstanding. I would recommend this company to very one. Thank you so very much you are awesome.

Service was good. Easy to deal with. Technician was friendly and professional. The service person Rosevelt was on time, polite, and knew what our issue was right away. He even vacuumed the machine for us . We had a sock stuck to the motor of the washing machine and he quickly diagnosed it educated the specifics of the models dynamics and how we should care for this specific type of machine. Very polite and well spoken grt guy to deal with ! dot on time , puntual and honest ! I RECOMMEND HIM 100%.

Roosevelt did a wonderful job repairing our Samsung dryer. Very efficient and professional we had great confidence in both his diagnosis and repair.

My dryer needed repair and I went with Fast Appliances based on Google reviews. Roosevelt got back to me within an hour and scheduled time to come out the next day. He answered all our questions, tested, and repaired the dryer in just a couple of hours all at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

We have a rental house in Lake Stevens WA and one of the burners of my Maytag Electrical Stove stopped working. We called Fast Appliances Repair and the owner (Roosevelt Lazares) answered. He is able to come to the house the same day for diagnostic. Same day appointment is a big deal for us! We called multiple places, and no one can do same day appointment!

The diagnostic costs us $90 (but it can be used toward the repair). The repair cost for the broken burner is very reasonable ($370 total after part, labor and tax). Roosevelt ordered the part and come back 2 days later and fixed the stove!

We highly recommend Fast Appliance Repair and will definitely use them the next time!

Thanks Roosevelt (and apprentice), my Whirlpool dryer is working again! Manufacturer and 3rd party weren't available until the end of the month, and Roosevelt came the next day, rebuilt a blown out control board instead of ordering a new one, and saved me $200. He was polite, quick, and professional. I will definitely give him a call if I need any other appliance serviced and not think twice.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Roosevelt was 100% organized, professional, courteous, responsive, transparent about costs, and fixed our dishwasher in the time he said he would it take. Totally recommend.

I called Fast Appliances Repair after I called 5 other repair shops. My refrigerator won't cool and dishwasher won't drain the water out. Roosevelt answered phone and told me he could do the job at the same day. Due to my work schedule, he came after I came home and worked late into the evening. I really appreciate his work ethic and honesty. He fixed my refrigerator and dishwasher. The cost was as he quoted and was very competitive and reasonable. I was very happy for the good job he did for me. I will recommend his company to my friends and colleagues without hesitation and at anytime.

My newer washing machine wouldn't pump, Roosevelt came out on a Saturday and had got me fixed up, same day service (had the parts in stock). The price was very reasonable for help on a Saturday. Will recommend and use again if any other appliance needs service

Roosevelt the tech, called me prior to his arrival giving me his eta which i appreciated very much (given the initial appt had 4 hr window). He then arrived on the promised time and greeted me with courtesy and was very professional. He listened to my issue, quickly diagnosted the problem, gave me a detailed explanation and cost for services. He then and very effectively repaired my dishwasher. I was very happy that he had the replacement part on board and did not have to "order" it.

I would use this service again and would also highly recomend Roosevelt and Fast Appliance Repair to my friends and neighbors.

Roosevelt was excellent! He came out the same day we called. Our dryer had stopped heating. Roosevelt accurately diagnosed the issue as a wiring issue in our outlet and recommended we call an electrician. He was right! The electrician came out and said we had a very loose wire that could have caused a fire. So grateful for Rosevelt for noticing this. We will call him again next time we need help. Pricing was reasonable and Roosevelt was very professional.

Roosevelt did a fantastic job replacing the Boot seal on our Samsung washing machine and inspecting reason for leak. Arrived within 30 minutes of my call to him. Used factory original parts. Wasn't cheap but was fair and provided excellent service all the way around. Will definitely use this company again in the future!
