Roosevelt Lazarus repaired our old washer last year and did a great job. Washer still working. So we called him again a few days ago when our dryer stopped working well. Both times he came within a couple hours, explained what was broken, had the part in his truck, and fixed it quickly. He's knowledgeable and skilled. Honest, reliable & quick! We are very pleased with the level of service we received from Roosevelt. We called him at 6pm when our dryer stopped heating. He scheduled us for the next day and arrived within the timeframe. He quickly dismantled our dryer, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part with one from his truck, cleaned out the dryer and put it all back together again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were wasting his time. His pricing was very competitive and I was happy to pay him for such a high level of service. I will definitely call him again if we have trouble and you should too!

Felt lucky to stumble upon Roosevelt’s info. We shattered the glass on our induction range top and Roosevelt did a great job swapping out the glass, which is a fairly difficult repair. Super fast turnaround and super fair prices. Would absolutely recommend his services and hire him again!

Roosevelt did an excellent job preparing our Samsung dryer. He quickly diagnosed the heating element was out, had the replacement part in his vehicle, and had it replaced in very short order despite limited space to work in and a challenging dryer location. Called around to get our gas dryer repaired and Roosevelt with Fast Appliance Repair was the first to answer and was friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. Scheduled my appointment for the following day 11-2 and let me know he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He called around 9:30 to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier if it worked for me.
Roosevelt went right to work diagnosing the dryer. He let me know what had failed, what the cost would be (which was very reasonable) and that he had the part with him. Short time later he demonstrated that the dryer was running great.

Roosevelt has repaired a couple different appliances for me several times. He is always extremely polite, explains everything and leaves the work area clean with the appliance fixed the same day. He has been able to come to my house within a day when I call, his prices are very fair and I trust him completely. He’s the only appliance repair person I use. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

When my dishwasher started leaking, I started looking for someone to fix it. Fast Appliances Repair had amazing reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. I submitted an appointment request mid-day and didn't expect to hear back until at least the following day, so imagine my surprise when I got a call within half an hour.

Within an hour, Roosevelt was knocking on my door. Unfortunately, he couldn't replicate the problem while he was here, but as soon as he left it started leaking again (of course haha). When I called him back and let him know, he came back out within a couple of hours and was able to determine the issue.

He had to order parts and warned us that because it was close to the holidays, it might take several days to come in. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when two days later he called and set an appointment to come out. It took him less than an hour to fix and he did a couple of extra repairs that he noticed without charging us any extra. He went WELL above and beyond and I will recommend him to anyone who needs their appliance fixed.

If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
