Fantastic service by Roosevelt! I was truly impressed. He responded immediately and serviced our dryer on the same day, literally within approximately 4 hours of my call. Extremely professional, approachable, and overall just a good person as a first impression. Definitely include Fast Appliances Repair as one of your initial quotes. I have been helped by Roosevelt twice within a year and in both instances he provided a very professional and courteous approach. I recommend his services for the reliability and quick resolution.

Very nice and humble person. Certified and professional electrician.

I did the entire house re-wire and he understood the requirements and delivered above expectations. Ensured that house was kept clean and best part was that we were living while the work was going on.

Very affordable price as well. I strongly recommend for any electrical work.

Steve immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is a very personal and knowledgeable professional electrician.

Marcus was great. The outlet behind my dryer blew up, and he came the same day and was able to fix it quickly and stay at the estimate he gave me. Thanks!

Great work and willing to work with you on what’s possible to install when you have no idea what’s possible or what you are doing, bonus is he is willing to travel and work around some different schedules

Marcus was able to jump in and add our project to the schedule last minute that really had us in a bind. The work was thorough and the communication was awesome! Highly recommended!

We hired BT Solutions to perform electrical enhancements in our home and are pleased with the results. The team was methodical and considerate in their approach and workmanship. Their communication was very good about schedule and recommendations to repair unknown items that came up. We would recommend BT solutions for your electrical needs.

marcus did professional work for our new home. installed the ev charger, added two outlets and also fixed several electrical issues for our home. We had a weird blinking issue in our bathroom and he solved it in a few minutes.

I absolutely recommend BT Solutions! Communication is timely and concise. I needed to have my circuit breakers checked and replaced. Marcus was a pleasure to deal with. He’s quite knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to explain, to a layman such as myself, the work he was completing. He made sure to inspect all outlets and circuits thoroughly. And left the place better than before. I will most definitely be calling them back for future projects. -M. de Carvalho
