I had a fantastic experience with Mainstream Air Heating and Air Conditioning out of Enumclaw, WA. From the very beginning, Holden was an absolute pleasure to work with. It took me quite a while to decide on the right system, and Holden was incredibly patient and responsive throughout the entire process, always available to answer my many questions and help me feel confident in my decision.

When installation day came, Holden and Garrett did an outstanding job installing my new furnace and heat pump. They were professional, friendly, and thorough, making sure everything was done right and that I understood how the new system worked.

I have been a customer of Treat’s Heating and Cooling since 2005 when they installed my AC. Since then they do yearly maintenance of both my heating and cooling systems. They also installed a new hot water heater for me a couple years ago. I have always been impressed with their responsiveness, professional manner, and knowledge. Dan has been my technician for the last several years and he does a wonderful job. I find him very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have been using Treat's Heating and Cooling for the past 9 years and their service has been wonderful. They installed my last heat pump in an emergency situation and it was done in less than half a day. I then signed up for annual inspections and it has been well worth the money. Dan has been the Service Technician the last 4 years and he tests everything. Besides being on time and courteous, Dan explains everything he is testing for and what the test results mean.

We used Treat's to get our AC installed. We have heard from some neighbors what they had been paying and got a really competitive price. Would highly recommend getting a bid if you're in the market. Installation day was a breeze, which is saying a lot with a toddler, puppy, and general life chaos. Everyone was so professional, kind, and quick! I can't say enough good things about the service we received and was shocked at how quickly they were finished. We will be telling all of our friends and neighbors to use Treat's.

Did a fantastic job. I had 3 different companies come out for the purpose of installing a new thermostat I purchased. They couldn’t figure out how to make the new thermostat work with the system we have. Then they tried to sell me a wireless thermostat instead. Finally found Treats Heating and technician Matt West came out and took a look at what was going on with the system and knew exactly what to do. No excuses as to why it couldn’t be done. Within an hour or so he had the entire system wired correctly and installed the thermostat I had. He also completed the maintenance on the heating system and showed me what needed to be done if I wanted to do it myself.
Even cleaned up the mess from completing the new wiring on the furnace. Very knowledgeable, friendly and got right to resolving the issue. Price was very reasonable and he didn’t try and take advantage and over charge like some of the other companies tried to do and they had no clue what they were doing. Treat's had serviced my dinosaur heat pump for many, many years until Jan, 2013 when it died, during the freezing cold weather. Dan, the technician had done the best he could to keep it running through the years. I purchased a new system that has been the best investment ever. It is wonderful having real heat during the winter. My daughter loves the air conditioning. I just had the first yearly check up and came out with flying colors. Jared did the service and said everything was perfect. I have been very pleased with the service I receive when contacting Treat's with questions or concerns. They are quick to get back to me and everyone is always happy to help. I will continue to recommend Treat's to everyone. Treat's, thank you for everything you have done for me. I love my new system.

New customer of Treat's after cold weather froze furnace drain line. They were able to send a technician out the same morning. Nick was able to diagnose the problem, make the appropriate repairs, and test the system after to ensure the leak was fixed. Treat's has gained a new customer for all my HVAC needs!

Exceeded my expectations with prompt, professional service! Matt is fantastic. He is prompt and explained everything as he was going through my system. He showed me the defective part so that I could clearly see it needed to be replaced. Matt is courteous and was finished faster than I expected. Also, I got service the same day I contacted Treat's. I was not expecting that and I did not have an emergency, but they were able to schedule my service for the same day. I also appreciated the call so quickly after my initial email. Christy called me right away and updated with the arrival time later that morning. Such a great experience! Highly recommended.

Did I tell you how FRICKEN AWESOME the crew at Treats is? It's a place that actually answers their phone with live friendly people! Everyone there are experts in what they do, and are happy to work with you! The techs are stellar, quality, and fast! Everything about their operation is exactly what you want it to be. I desperately needed a new furnace, and within just a few days its in, our place is warm and toasty, and Treats made it happen. I could go on. Our heating stopped working and we couldn't figure out why. We have two little kids so heat is a necessity. I have been able to repair it in the past but not this time. Treats was able to get somebody out the next day to take a look. Johnny the tech came out and was able to diagnose then fix the issue. He was very respectful and explained the issues and how he would need to fix it.
I knew that I could trust him to fix the problem. He was able to get it fixed and advised me on what else I could do myself to make sure everything stayed operating. Thank you to to Treats for not only responding quickly but getting my problem fixed. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

The overall cost was similar to other places, but for a much better quality system and better service. We had Johnny come out for an annual check up of our hvac system and he was SO wonderful. He was an absolute delight in assisting my grandmother with the ins and outs of working her system. He was incredibly patient and kind. A true southern gentleman with a kind and honest heart. He was so reassuring and knowledgeable, my grandma requested she always have him assigned to her check ups. Top notch service. Got scheduled for a next day service to repair a propane furnace and the service tech arrived on time and called with an ETA when he was on his way. Super helpful and friendly technician made sure to show me exactly what was up with our furnace and was happy to let me bug him with questions and watch over his shoulder. We've had Treat's out to our home twice now and have been super happy with the service.

Treats did great service on my air conditioning unit. Their service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff was helpful and responded quickly and kept we well informed. I appreciate the thorough job Treat's did in helping get my air conditioning up and running during this very hot summer. Their charges for service were more than fair.

Very impressed by this company! We had 4 companies come out to give us a quote for AC install/new furnace and Treat's was unbeatable in all areas: professionalism, price, knowledge and customer service. Not only were they great about getting in touch to let us know they were headed out, they left our house spotless. The install was clean and looks great! Terrible Customer Service.

We have been trying to get a response from management for over 6 months for an incorrect installation of an air conditioning unit.

There were two issues regarding this installation:

1) The condensation unit was tilted forward out of spec which resulted in condensation dripping out of the front of the unit into the 2nd floor ceiling from the attic. This caused drywall damage in our new home. We called multiple times regarding this issue, which there was a lack of response, no solutions provided and no follow up after 2 technicians came out to survey the damage on 2 separate occasions.

2) In addition, the ducting from the AC unit wasn't installed correctly, which had a 1/2" gap, which allowed moisture and condensation to escape into the attic instead of cooling our home.

We are local to the area and have worked with Treats at multiple homes, however we will be looking for alternative options moving forward for our heating and cooling needs.
