Able Air has been maintaining our HVAC (heat pump, furnace, tankless hot water) system for several years. They've been responsive when urgent matters occurred. Everyone from the front office to the on site techs are polite and professional.

Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been professional, competent and kind. They kept us up to date every step of the way, cleaned up after themselves, explained how everything works and answered questions. A special thanks to Fernando, Johnathan and Jeff for a job well done.

I had to have my HVAC system repaired today on one of the coldest days we have had in quite a while. This company is awesom to work with, they had someone out within a couple of hours from my initial phone call. Ethan was my technician, I can't say enough good things about him! He was able to locate the issue, took pictures & explained to me what the problem was. He had the whole system back up & running in a few short hours. He also has an extremely great sense of humor, I thoroughly enjoyed working with him!

Jonathan Harger, Fernando and Jeff installed a new heat pump and furnace in my home on 9/29. They were wonderful: were interested and maintained the aesthetic of my home and yard; friendly and patient with an old woman; informative and (again) patient showing me how to work the new system; and, so hardworking! My dad had his heat pump installed on December 15 he was nervous, he is not familiar with a heat pump, nor was I. Jeff D. and Jonathan not only took the time to explain how the system works, but both were also very knowledgeable and did not lose patience with questions. The absolute most important thing for me, they treated my ailing father with the utmost respect. They were the best. Thank you

I've worked with companies in the past that want to upsell additional services that may not be needed and he took care of the problem plus educated me on what was taking place. Fernando and Calan came to diagnose an issue on my mother’s gas fireplace and their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness were second to none! They answered all of our technical questions and showed us how to operate the fireplace with a remote, even how to switch to just the wall controls if needed. Great value for the service received.

Able Air Heating And Cooling is the most professional business people I have ever dealt with. Jess the receptionist, called and set up the appointment immediately for us and within the week we had heat and cooling. The gentlemen that came out to replace our heating and cooling system was Jonathan and Fernando, both men were very professional, and very thorough. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit, cleaned up everything, and even vacuumed the floor, so it looked spic and span. We had Able Air & Cooling install a tankless hot water heater and we are so impressed with this company - Wow! Able Air installed a Mitsubishi heat pump in October 2025. In mid-February the unit quit due to clogged filter. A crew showed up a few hours after my call, due to having already been on another call at the time. After a complete diagnostic routine, they isolated and corrected the problem (overheated compressor due to low air flow caused by prematurely clogged air filter). I am very impressed by crew’s attention to the issue and explanation of what they found and why. This level of service is why I’m glad our heat pump was installed by Able Air.
