We had maintenance done on our heat pump and furnace. The technicians were great. They took their time and did a great job.

We have been using Treats ever since we bought this house and saw the sticker on the furnace over 12 years ago. Always prompt, honest and polite. Will always recommend!

Starting with the bidding and education process from Bill. A very fair price was giving to us and then Dan and Jacob on the install went the extra mile.

My issue - a broken thermostat took time to resolve ( largely due to BAD timing of it breaking - on the Sunday between Christmas & New Years) - but it did get resolved. I asked for service on Mon am, but due to scheduling issues the first available time was that coming Weds. When the tech came, he figured out right away that the unit was dead & spent some time seeing if he could possibly figure out how to fix it - which wasn't possible. Which meant Fri at the earliest to resolve the issue, as a replacement of my specific unit wasn't on his truck. Fri am, it didn't look good for a timely fix, as my specific unit was no longer produced. Fri pm, I found out that a slightly used model of my thermostat had been found & was available for installation if I was willing to accept it - which I was . A few hours later, 2 techs came, installed the "slightly used" unit, ran their tests, etc. on it - everything checked out okay - so I got the heat back in my home ! Thank you !! Phyllis Kanda

Treats did a fantastic job installing a heat pump & two head mini split system at our home up in the woods. I had a great experience with their estimator, Bill, who recommended a system that was ideal size for our home, and offered two options for device brand. And the installers, Justin & Issac, who really shined. They did an amazing job getting the equipment installed in one day and greatly exceeded our expectations with the fit & finish of the install. They even added a custom piece of white sheet metal to ensure the mini split fit seamlessly with a sloped A-frame wall. It looks fantastic. I highly recommend Treats for this type of work!

Quality experience all around from planning to install. The install tech was top notch, family friendly, communicative, and quality driven. Very pleased!

We just had a carrier mini split system installed in our home. The installers were all incredibly professional and friendly. They did the job much quicker than initially quoted and were very respectful of our home, inside and out. We will absolutely recommend Treats. Their pricing was very fair and they handled collecting the rebates from PSE. We couldn't be happier with our new system. Thank you!

Thanks to Able Air for arriving promptly today and cleaning my furnace. Very professional. We scheduled this service during the fall when they came out to check my furnace to make sure it was running properly. They were recommended by my daughter. Very happy with their service!

Jonathan came to my home and diagnosed my furnace with more expertise than my previous heating and air service. He treated me with great respect, providing clear and thorough explanations every step of the way. He kept me updated while we waited for the necessary parts, and when they arrived, he was able to fix the furnace with no issues—something the previous service couldn’t do! We have used Able Air a few times with consistent great results at a fair fee. This time our A/C stopped working on a Friday evening. We have a baby shower planned for Saturday and hoping to get it fixed. Abel Air responded right way and had us back in business by 1100 the next day, again at a fair fee. Honest, friendly, efficient, effective. Very satisfied.

1/27/26 Fernando came to do the maintenance for our HVAC system installed by Able Air in December 2025. Fernando was professional, personable and very informative of the service he was providing. Service was completed quickly and I was given a full review of the service work completed. HIGHLY recommend Able Air for HVAC needs! Great company!
