My family and I have been using Sound Pest Management at our home for several years now. They do such an outstanding job that I really cannot say enough good things about them. The service that they provide has consistently met a very high standard. During each quarterly visit, as part of the maintenance package that I've chosen, the service continues to be thorough, while their attention to detail is impressive. They are also super-flexible, and always willing to adjust their schedule to address any issues that may come up in between visits.

And finally, I could not possibly write this review without saying a few words about the actual people who make this operation work as well as it does. Frank and Adam Carter are among the nicest and coolest people around, along with Matt, who regularly services my property. I would highly recommend Sound Pest Management to anyone in need of the type of services that they provide!

I've Used Sound Pest Management for almost 3 years now and I can't be happier with the results. Matthew has been my tech and always done a great job. If I have special requests, they are always taken care of. What of the parts of the service I've always been impressed about is the communication, everything from the reminders to the reports finished after each service. I would Highly Recommend them.

Sound Pest Management has been servicing my house for years, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I originally called them because I spotted insulation pulled out of the wall on the exterior of my house, and they came out and put out things for mice and advised me on plugging a few holes and other areas of improvement to help with mice. They've been coming every other month since for a checkup and pest control. They're friendly, knowledgable, and passionate about their craft.

They have been doing my house and rentles for about 5 years. Very happy with the service.

Our realtor referred us to this company, and we had a great experience working with them to remove a ground wasp nest. Our technician, Isaac, was professional, friendly, communicative, and thorough. We requested a follow-up after a month because it wasn’t clear if the nest was completely gone, and scheduling both the initial and follow-up service was not difficult at all. The office staff are also really prompt and friendly whenever you call.

Justin does a great job servicing our building and community. He is always pleasant and adheres to my request to give me a call 20 or 30 minutes before arrival. He has a good pulse on customer service. Thanks for the good job Justin!

Representative was on time, courteous, and described the product well, installers were also on time, an important step, worked efficiently and cleaned up all debris when the work was done. The finished product looks nice, and since we have had no rain as yet I am not able to review performance of the product, but is certainly looks as if it will perform as claimed.

After searching extensively in our area, we finally found the company interested in doing repair gutter work. After contacting the Tukwila, WA branch, David took the long trip out to the coast to help us understand our options. We signed a contract and then had Megan schedule the work. Patrick and Koty came to install and did a great job. They were very likable guys, quick and efficient, and they were real good with ladders. I rate the whole experience as A+. Highly recommended. I am delighted to report that this was the easiest process to get an estimate for gutters, and have them installed. Two wonderful men showed up and introduced themselves, did a great job and even blew off my porch when they completed. It was great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly, waited for major rain before reviewing and gutters worked wonderfully during last couple of days of heavy rain. I especially enjoyed not having the corners of my gutter drip anymore. The workers were polite and quick with the installation.

Corey Hopkins was our tech. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He cleaned and inspected our system and made a couple of repairs. He needed to come back a second time to finish repairs with the correct parts. I would ask for him a gain and the service was great!

Patrick and Blayne were the two hardest working, most professional, Journeymen Craftsmen I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with in my 60+ years! It was the hottest days on record and they worked tirelessly and efficiently in the most adverse conditions. They went above and beyond and replaced the gutters on my barn as well! Great guys, great company, great culture!

Helmets were installed recently and have already made a big difference in ensuring the roof drains into the gutters. Previously, I had screens which kept getting plugged up so water ran over the gutters and onto the decks or on the ground. Big improvement! Brendon S did a great job aligning the Helmets and ensuring the roof was cleared of debris, including moss.

THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR “LIFETIME” WARRANTY
Took me WEEKS of calling and leaving voicemails for someone to get back to me to schedule an annual cleaning. They took another few WEEKS to confirm an appointment date.
They only give an appointment day, not time. So I stayed home all day waiting for them to show up, NO ONE SHOWED UP, no call, no text update. Now it is back to leaving voicemails for who knows how long.
DONT GO WITH GUTTER HELMET unless you want to deal with this for your annual maintenance EVERY SINGLE YEAR. They also had the nerve to tell me that there is a fee for the annual service, when it was advertised as free on their “lifetime warranty”. Who knows what they will change in the future

The entire experience with Gutter Helmet was painless. The sales representative was cordial and informative and the service and installation was timely. We have not been through a winter rainy season so the performance of the gutter system has not been observed yet.

They were great. First contractor I used that actually did what they said they were going to. Showed up on time and finished when they said. Dan was great to work with, honest and came in at budget with no surprises. I had them correct something but was done fast and without question. Would use them again if I needed gutters again hopefully that won't be for a while but would definitely recommend them. Thank you Gutter Helmet

Contacted Costco home installation and they referred Gutter Helmet to me. Sales agent stopped by to give me a quote on downspouts May 2021. I felt confident with the sales pitch.

After the installation on June 2021, I noticed an area underneath our garage had the wrong downspout size. The techs had installed square downspouts into a space which needed round downspouts. In the initial consultation, I had informed the salesman about what we needed and he agreed and measured the spacing.

In July, I noticed we had 4 different areas which had leaks in our downspouts around our home after a good rain (Seattle) squall . I made an appt. and the installers "fixed" the leak issue using water epoxy August 2021 but never replaced the square with the correct round downspout because he needed the manager to approve the work.

After being rescheduled 4x and 4mths later the issue has not been resolved. My last appt. was suppose to be on Monday Sep. 27th then rescheduled on Sep.29th, 2021 but issue has not been fixed.

I love the product. This installation was quick and neat. The salesman was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He even brought out a sample of the competitor's product and showed the difference and how the 'Gutter Helmet was far superior and it was only half the price. The lifetime guarantee is a real selling point. I highly recommend the product and the company.
