I have had Mark clean my carpets several times now and every time he has been to my home he has done a fantastic job. He is reliable and works efficiently and carefully around our things. Adam got in the crawlspace and was able to find a dead rat tucked in the insulation which was causing a bad smell in our home and he safely removed it. Sound Pest Management are great at what they do and we would use them again and highly recommend them to our community! Ant issue? Call Sound Pest! I am impressed by the stellar service our technician, Matt, provided. We started noticing a few ants in the kitchen and bathroom upstairs. Matt explained the entire treatment process and knowledgeable in all aspects of bugs. Price was reasonable and no service contract needed. I am so happy to support local owned companies and will use these guys again in the future if needed.

We've been using Sound Pest Management's services since 2016 when we had a rat in our attic. Adam came out and promptly caught and disposed of the rat and since then provides rat control services around our property. Adam always lets us know in advance when he is coming and arrives as scheduled. Very professional and courteous comapany.

Really excellent service. Prompt, friendly, professional and treatment was fast and 100% effective. The only reason I deducted a star is because I asked if they could do a full inspection but was told they do not go into attics due to liability issues and that seems completely bizarre for a pest management company since many infestations occur in attics. However, 5 star service for the one wasp nest extermination they did for us and if we have an outdoor issue in the future I would absolutely call them again.
