Their sales guy Tom is a top notch professional who not only knows the product but is excited about it as it shows in his presentation. He was able to answer all questions about the product and those of his competitor from whom we had received a presentation earlier in the year. While we could not go with the Gutter Helmet system the company does all manner of gutter work and we are having them re-tune our gutters which is the foundation for installing the gutter helmet system.

The two young men from HarryHelmet, Red and Koty,did an amazing job of installing the gutter helmet product. They were fast and efficient and my gutters look wonderful. Red very kindly rehung my patio lights that had to be taken down to install the gutter protection.
I'm looking forward to not having to clean gutters or have water cascading over the tops of my gutters this year.

Update to prior: I got a wonderful call from their team and it was dealt with appropriately. The team is great!

The guys who came out did a good job installing the gutters, but there was one major complaint. There was at least 1 person who was smoking WHILE working on our house and left cigarette butts on our roof. We don't mind people smoking, but it's very unprofessional to smoke while working and then leave your garbage on another person's property.

Setting up an appointment for a project estimate was quick and easy. I called and left a message stating that I wanted to schedule an appointment for an estimate . Early next morning I received a call from Gutter Helmet and a nice young man had me scheduled for an estimate in a couple of minutes. So far so good. Looking forward to my free estimate.

No service from these folks; was supposed to be lifetime warranty, that’s a joke. My gutters have leaked between the gutters and facia board since installation. In 2022 they came out to inspect but never came back! These people are not legitimate. Now, when I call them they want my credit card to charge me $50.00 for an inspection. RUN, don’t walk away from these people!

Dan and Jeremy came on time and quickly and efficiently took our old gutters off and replaced them with the on-site manufactured ones. They were polite and communicative so it was a pleasure to watch the process. Unfortunately it became too dark to finish the job and Dan returned three days later to complete the down pipes. The "site" was cleaned up well afterwards.
Altogether a very pleasant experience with a great looking finished product.

I am very happy with my Gutter Helmet purchase and enjoy the fact that I do not need to climb onto my roof because I get annual maintenance checks. Had my first one a few days ago by Corey. He was very professional and explained the proces step by step. He was very thorough and cleaned up before he left. Thank you Corey.

We were very impressed with Gary Vandiver! He was professional and respectful of our time and explain the work that would be done to meet, take photos and measurements. The team to install arrived on time and product and the company followed up to check our satisfaction. This is our second home using Gutter Helmet and we have been very pleased.

I purchased gutter helmet because I was fed up with cleaning out my gutters after every rain and wind storm when the downspouts would clog with pine needles and branches. The sales person was informative without pressure,; the appointment for the work was faster than I expected; and the installer did a good job, fast and efficient. Now, all it has to do is work.

I'm a new customer to Gutter Helmet and recently had it installed on about half of my house. Half, because I started out with another product; let's just call it LG. I've had problems with that system but the reason I didn't continue with it is that they've priced themselves right out of sight. Cost aside, my experience is that the Gutter Helmet system performs as well or better. It also has the advantage of lower replacement cost should damage occur. A huge difference between these products was the installation experience. The guys from Gutter Helmet brought a Genie lift along which was clearly necessary. They were conscientious, careful, very professional, and really went beyond what was expected of them. The installation of the other system was problematic. I actually had to supply that crew with equipment to do the job and will never recommend that product.

I had Harry Helmet installed the gutter helmet all over my existing gutter system. After a heavy rain, there were seveal points leaking due to gutter works not the helmet. Gutters were more than 10 years old. When the technical came, they opened the helmet and repaired my gutters, including flashings, seams, down spouts which were due to many years no maintenances. Lucus and Corey spent couple of hours and did a great job. They are nice and professional. All the works were free of charge due to life time maintenance for the Gutter Helmet, even if they were gutters issues not the Helmet. I am happy to make the desicion on their products and services.

The salesman was thorough and knowledgeable. He carefully walked us through the steps of familiarizing us with the Gutter Helmet product. The installer came on time and ready to work. He finished on time and even cleaned up and blew off our roof.

Our Gutter Helmet installation experience was with Vince and Corey. Both young men did an excellent job, were very pleasant and easy to work with. They aimed to please! Everyone we have dealt with made this a great experience. If ever we need such a service again there is no question of where we'll go.

We are extremely pleased with Gutter Helmet. We contracted them through Costco and were promptly set up with an appointment for measurements and overview of the product. The salesman was very professional and personable and answered all of our questions confidently.

Our cabin, the site of the install, has a very difficult elevation and location and we were concerned when Vince our installer arrived alone. He explained his co-installer for our job had a medical situation and couldn’t come. He took one look at the job and said, “I can do this by myself”. Vince was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He completed a very difficult job alone when we both thought it would definitely take two installers. We give Vince a 5+ rating and thank him for a job well done.

Excellent install of a new gutter system by Brenden, Patrick and Jake and warranty maintenance on my existing Gutter Helmet. Prompt and courteous, they negotiated the very high roof project with ease... at least they made the difficult work look easy. I highly recommend Harry Helmet for your next gutter project too!

I bought a Gutter Helmet system from this company in February 2022. At the time I signed a contract and was given the warranty information. It was a lifetime warranty as long as I owned the home. All repairs were to be done at no cost to me. Recently I developed a leak in my gutters. I called for warranty service. At that time I was informed that the company has instituted a new policy that there would be a $50 charge to send someone out. I complained and said this was not in my contract and I would not pay it. The company informed me that there would be no service unless I paid that charge. If they want to charge new customers that charge it needs to be explained at the time of purchase. To go back and charge existing customers that charge is not good business practice and I'm not sure is legal. If you buy from this company make sure everything is spelled out and iron clad. They seem to think they can just add charges without informing anyone.
Update on my review as 09/19/2023. The company has agreed to check my system and they are waiving the $50 fee for this visit. Future visits they will still charge me the fee. I'm not totally satisfied, but they made a good faith effort to address my concerns. That is why I changed my rating.

The gutter helmet system does not work and their so-called maintenance program is ineffective. I have water that just sheets over the roof like I have no gutters at all. I was far better off cleaning my own gutters. Do not buy this system. Customer service is completely unreliable.

The price was at least half of what competitor claims on TV. Also, they twist the facts to make their product sound better when in fact it is worse.. The product was installed days after I placed the order. The installer was here and gone in less than half a day. He was very polite and my gutters are now working properly. I have seen two heavy downpours since the installation and there is no more overflow from the gutters like used to happen. I will definitely have this installed again if I buy another house in the future.

I reached out to Gutter Helmet via Yelp and received a message back within 24hours of when they were able to come out to do a free estimate. Gutter Helmet was super professional and provided a great price, without trying to upsell any products and installations that I did not need! I was told that it could take up to 5 weeks before they could come and install gutters, which was reasonable turn around time, however Gutter Helmet got to us in 2 weeks!

I bought the Gutter Helmet system for my home. I should have called Costco and the Gutter Co. and told them to come back out and remove the whole system and give me my money back after the first winter, but I thought to myself.” This system couldn’t Be that bad…….but it is
I had Gutter Helmet installed on my home and garage. This was probably the worst Gutter system I could have chosen. Just exactly like one of the other reviews I got sucked in on the B/S about if you have a problem with debris in the gutters they will come right out and clean and adjust the gutters. THAT’S THE RUB!! These gutters fail by design. Ha Ha….NO THEY DON’T get debris in the gutters because the water for the most part doesn’t go into the gutter,, it goes right on over the top of the Helmet on to the ground below leaving behind needles & pitch along.the leading edge, which appears as Ifyour system is dirty & fouled. So.if you go outside when it’s raining, and stand near the drip lines, you will get wet way faster than if you just step out into the rain.
NOW, I haven’t even STARTED to tell you about how POORLY this gutter system performs in the winter months in wet freezing weather………..
Oh My God. It’s a freeking disaster. Because when it freezes, some water actually does make it into the gutter during the warmer part of the day, then in the evenings it freezes up and the gutters end up frozen SOLID and full of ice quickly growing icicles…Big ones. THEN YOUR FRUSTRATED AND CALL THEM. Ha!
In the spring I called them to come out. No response. Don’t fall for Gutter Helmet b/s.
Truth is you would be better off hiring a Company to come out and clean your gutters on a regular basis. Honestly I don’t know if any of these gutter systems actually work as advertised. With the emphasis.on (I DON’T KNOW, if there are.any gutter system that actually works as advertised. This has been my experience so I’m just saying- be warned.especially with Gutter Helmet.

I have a mixed review re: this page. I was happy with the individual who did the work, Corey. He was friendly, listened and checked any changes with his office. I was not happy with the office. There seems to be a communication issue, between the sales person and the office. The Office sent Corey out without the specified items to make repairs, even tho they were written into the contract. He made due with what he had on hand, but, it was not what I had asked for. Gutter Helmet has been good about maintaining the Helmets I bought several years ago. I only hope they can improve internal communication.
