We hired Ibex to replace our roof when selling our home in Portland, OR. We moved to Camas, WA and realized we needed a new roof on our new home. Without hesitating, we knew exactly who to call. Ibex came out and provided a very nicely installed new roof with lots of attention to detail and ensured the work was done properly- like our first experience. Highly recommend. They even came back out for another unrelated issue (our chimney was leaking) and they sent out Erick who kindly wrapped our chimney in plastic to avoid any potential damage to our new roof. Ibex is truly a great company to work with. They have top notch customer service.

IBEX Roof just replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts and our shed roof. ALL of these projects were completed with superior craftsmanship, professionalism, extreme integrity and concern for the quality of their end product. At the end of the project everything goes thru a 25-point inspection to make sure everything meets top level standards. If it doesn’t pass, the job isn’t finished and they come back to fix it.
My project manager, Trevor, was always there to answer any questions that I had. He kept things running smoothly and is a great communicator. He has a code of honor and honesty that IBEX is lucky to have in an employee.

Eric and Darren came out to do the work on our roof, and they were both wonderful! They worked very hard the entire time, informed me when something unexpected came up, and stayed long after dark to finish and clean up. I would definitely have them both back!

Rodrigo Erick and Darren were fantastic to work with very knowledgeable in their field. They showed us exactly what the issues are and explained what we need to do to fix it. Hands down best experience with a roofing company. Other companies that bid on my project were very pushy and not informative of the products they use; however Mason with Ibex was very thorough with his inspection, keeping me involved and showing me where critical areas were needing addressed and walking me through the products and materials they use. This gave me the confidence in choosing Ibex for my project. Taylor was my assigned project manager who was also very thorough in ensuring the team had all the materials ready to go and didn't miss any details while going over the scope of work. The work crew was very fast and efficient and produced an amazing result. My new roofs look amazing and I know they will keep my family protected for many years to come. I will recommend the Ibex team to everyone looking for any roof work needing done.

A great experience start to finish. The project came in under the time allotted, and within the budget that we expected. The crew were on our property when they said they would be there, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Our initial consult was with Whitney. He was so knowledgeable about the materials Ibex uses. He took numerous pictures of our old roof and attic space as a reference point for discussion. Jeff oversaw the project. He communicated with me daily and was wonderful to work. We also had a comprehensive debrief after the completion of the project. I’m very impressed!

Ibex did an incredible job. They were timely and thorough. From the sales person to the project manager to the crew, they were all professional and respectful. Our roof and gutters were done within a week, even though our roof is very steep and tricky and we had some poor weather. I highly recommend Ibex for any roof or gutters needs.

My roofing job was a big one. We have a two story that is over 5,000 square feet. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the work site was kept tidy during the week. Adjustments were made to the price because a little less materials were used. Price adjustments were made with no arguments. They did the job like they said they would and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a job well done. We were very impressed with every aspect of the job.

Jose and his crew were professional and a hard working group of guys. Mason and Kyle were always on time and fully explained the process, answering all our questions. Most impressive was the clean up they did daily. We would definitely recommend to our friends and neighbors.

Davin, Logan and Nate were the three that worked on our roof repair. Davin did a thorough job in estimating problem areas and what would be entailed in the process of repair with costs. Logan and Nate initially came out to start with Davin helping out at the end. All were professional in their work and communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ibex for your roofing needs. Kyle, Mason and Jose and his crew were all very professional and thorough. Clean up was 100% more than I expected. Even our neighbors commented on the workmanship and clean up. Very satisfied.

Dorian did a thorough job of inspecting our roof which clinched our decision to hire Ibex Roof Company for roof replacement. He showed us videos & photos of the present status of our attic. Most plywoods were heavily infected with molds and water marks. Some old shingles outside could be easily lifted by hand. Many granules were already rolling down to the leaf guards. Patches of moss spreading wider. Unlike other salesmen, Dorian was not pushy but very convincing. He showed us how reliable Ibex Roof is because of the warranties presented to us, the quality of the Malarkey shingles they use and the efficiency of the crew. Trevor, the project manager had a dedicated crew under the leadership of Antonio. Sure enough, the crew was efficient, thorough and fast. They were very careful not to damage anything in our property. They talked less and worked hard. We are pleased with the new vent system (ridge vent instead of box vent and the intake vents) on the new roof…. My husband & I hope Antonio & his crew will be the ones to work on the roof of my daughter’s house.

The process was seamless. From Nick coming out to inspect my roof and give me a quote, Taylor coming out to make sure nothing was missed. The crew that did the work was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up every bit of the mess and was done in one day. I am very please with the professionalism and quality of work. After all the recent heavy rains in our area, we found some water was intruding into the attic and making it's way down inside a wall to our wood floors in the living room. We felt panicked because we were about to leave on a long trip and, with the brunt of winter storms still ahead, we didn't want to chance any more water intrusion, especially while gone. We remembered that when we bought the house 4 years ago, IBEX had come out and done an inspection of the house for us and we had really been impressed by their honest appraisal, noting only a few key areas that needed attention, rather than trying to sell us on larger projects or even a new roof. So, we reached out to them this time also and were so impressed by each staff person we had contact with. The person who set up the appointment was kind and caring and knew that we had a short window of opportunity in which to get the leak taken care of. The consultation appointment was carried out by Hanoa, who had the same kind and caring manor as well as a thorough professionalism that helped us really understand what was happening regarding the leak. Even better, he was able to get a crew out the very next day to take care of the repairs. That crew turned out to be Nate, who single-handedly carried out the repairs. Nate, like the others, was caring and professional and very considerate of our feelings, knowing that he would have to make a lot of noise while on the roof. He ended up having to get more materials to make sure the job was done right and, in the end, spent a good 7 hours working hard the whole time in occasional downpours. It was clear that his priority was to do the job the right way, not the fastest or easiest way, and we were very impressed by his work ethic and character. Even after having to take longer to get the job done, and adding extra materials into the mix, the price we paid in the end was what had been quoted the day before - no add-ons or surprise expenses. We were blown away by Nate and feel very confident about the integrity of our roof now. We cannot recommend Nate, Hanoa and the IBEX company more highly.

After a bad experience with another contractor, we were skeptical about what this experience would be like. However, from the first meeting with the estimator, Luke, to the post inspection walk with the project manager, Johnny, they made us feel comfortable and confident that we chose the right company.

The installation team of 7 workers was friendly, efficient and hard-working. They worked so well together and worked hard, and they were done in half a day! They cleaned up really well after themselves and left our home looking so much better than before! They even brought their own port-a-potty, so that we were not inconvenienced at all.

Overall, we are thrilled with the whole experience!
