IBEX provide efficient and quality service in the installation of our new roof. The project manager, Johnny Mendez, was quick to communicate with me and explained questions that I had. He is very service minded. Fidel, the crew lead was amiable, professional, and accommodating. They fixed a number of issues for us that we did not even know about. I feel that we have a quality roof and am hopeful that it will last 20+ years.

The only element that was undesirable was that the initial bid called for the replacement of many more sheets of plywood than was probably necessary, thus increasing the cost of the bid.

As a whole, I would go with IBEX again. A good final product and service. I recommend them as noted in the 5 star rating.

The Ibex Team did a super Job on our main house and two sheds. Workers were on time, efficient, professional and competent. Roof looks great and they kept us informed on site. Cleaned up daily and 100% satisfied. Johnny was the overall point of contact and when I called with any questions he answered within minutes and always took care of any concerns. Everyone from the start was was very professional from sales (Mason) to overall job point of contact (Johnny) and on site foreman (Enrique). We are very pleased we have a high quality roof and it was done well. Gutters were also done and Val and Francisco did those superbly as well. Exceptional workers and very professional. Total team effort.

Very impressed with Ibex from start to finish. The professional presentation and quote was reassuring to someone about to put a substantial amount of money into a new roof. Explained what was found on their inspection and everything we needed, the products, the pricing, the warranty... We had a few quotes and the thoroughness of Inez in this first step convinced us to use Ibex. Pricing was comparable to the other companies we met with. Our project manager was amazing as well - great communication, answered all our questions, kept us up to date on the progress and any issues found along the way, followed up on the job to ensure everything was completed to the company's standards. The team was on time, professional, and super efficient. Each night everything was tidy which was important to us having a child and dog. While replacing a roof somewhat unexpectedly was not a great feeling, Ibex made the process easy. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof!

We had a great experience today as Nathan and Logan came to our home to clean our roof and do inspections. Both of the team were hard working, friendly and informative about all the work they were doing for us. We could not have had a better experience and want you to know how much we appreciate they expertise and hard work.

I can't say enough good about Ibex! From start to finish, Ibex was professional and customer-oriented. Luke's bid was comprehensive and he took time to answer all my many questions - I mean, it's not like you get a new roof every year. Most of us will only ever have to do it once or twice in our lives so it's important we understand what's going on.

Luke found things that all the other companies missed. So even though Ibex's bid was more, I'm confident it was competitive. The other companies would either have never done such a thorough job, possibly costing me money, damage, and stress later. Or, the others would have started the job at the lower price then constantly had to tell me about this or that which would have increased the final price to what I paid Ibex. That strategy always feels somewhat shady to me. Ibex was straight up - we're going to take our time, really evaluate, and the only thing we can't predict is the # of sheets of plywood because we can't pull things up to see how much has to be replaced. Understood.

They offer an amazing workmanship warranty - 20 years! Which, after almost 9 years of babying along an aging roof and paying here and there to patch, I feel so relieved that I won't have to mess with this ever again for the rest of the time I live here.

The project was seamlessly handed off to Taylor and her crew. She prepped me, told me what to expect, double-checked everything ahead of time. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled, and we were lucky in the weather given it's January. They finished in 2 days - none of this "we're going to stop and leave you hanging while we take care of someone else" nonsense that some contractors do. One day to tear off, one day to replace. Then Taylor came back, did a walk-through, answered last few questions, and sent me pictures and all the paperwork.

Ibex offers financing options as well, which really relieved so much stress on me and they made it super-easy to access.

From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, professional, and with great communication. I couldn't be more grateful. This is a level of customer service I thought just didn't exist anymore.

Joey introduced us to Ibex Roofing while Project manager Taylor and her team did an absolutely amazing job installing the new roof! The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and definitely safety oriented! Taylor's team tore off the roof and started reinstallation in one and a half days. They checked regularly for nails and other pieces of fallen roof cleaning up the area extremely well. Polite efficient knowledgeable, we would love to work with these people again!

The IBEX team, from initial assessment by Whitney, to David K both crawling deeply into the attic and on the roof, was truly comforting to work with. The decision to replace roof was workable based on their thoughtful and accurate information. Once I began arranging things, I got to work with Project Manager Jeff B who truly demonstrated consistency, integrity and enjoyable to work with! He adjusted scheduling to accommodate the situations and thoroughly answered all my many questions. Then there was the remarkable crew who did the actual work. Everything was timely, high quality work and also highly skilled and efficient. Thank you all. onward we go adding the solar panels back on the roof next. The 20 year warranty on roof is truly welcome.

I have used Rainier a couple of times to clean my shake roof and they have been great! Communication is clear and timely and the end product was great.

A professional, efficient and wonderful company to work with from start to finish! Jaime, Pedro and Jonathan made everything sparkle and took care to protect our plants/yard/decks. Brendan and Anthony were easy to communicate with and kept scheduling up to date. If you have cedar shakes, these are the people you want taking care of them!

I had an emergency situation with an active leak during a heavy rain period. These guys jumped on it and where other roofers were telling me I needed a roof replacement, these guys assured me that a repair was all I needed and that I had at least ten more years on my roof. Easy to work with, quick, professional, and excellent workmanship! I highly recommend.

Rainier Roof was very responsive in sending someone out to look at our tile roof (we had a previous leak repaired by someone else) & had been told we had broken tiles. Moss was also visible on the roof. We received an estimate to have the roof cleaned, damaged tiles replaced & any issues repaired. They were able to find tiles to match our current roof & saved us from having to pay for a completely new roof! They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We will use them in future to keep our roof cleaned & maintained.

Anthony was so quick coming out to our home and giving us a bid. He was referred to us by someone else. After we ok'd the bid his crew came out quickly to do the work on the roof and clean the chimney and downspouts. They did a wonderful job. Our roof looks great!!

We have used this company for 22 years to maintain our cedar shake roof. I joke that we are replacing our roof one shingle at a time but the truth is we would have had to replace our roof at least once in those 22 years at a cost greater than the maintenance. The only reason I didn't give them the usual 5 stars is because the product they used leaked on to our lawn, not a big deal, and they left two oily rags in the gutters, a minor inconvenience. Otherwise I highly recommend Anthony and Rainier Roof Restoration.

I got quotes from six companies for moss removal.. Anthony at Rainier negotiated a very fair price and offered much better treatment than the others. Cruz, the worker who serviced my home worked tirelessly to get the job done right. Cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for roof cleaning.

I hired Rainier Roof Restoration to treat my long overdue mossy roof. I expected them to rinse out my gutters and hose any loose moss off my driveway. I got so much more than that. Manuel was friendly and polite, he made sure all my flowerpots were out of the line of fire before pressure washing any errant moss off my driveway and back patio and he rinsed all the debris off my house as well as the few splashes he got on my neighbors’ houses. My roof looks good as new. I will definitely be calling RRR for any future roof repair and maintenance.

Used these guys for a maintenance job as they had worked for the previous homeowner, what a disaster. Poor communication - calling early mornings/late nights, poor scheduling - called day-of contractors being available. Honestly questionable attention to detail too - I had to point out multiple shakes that had significant curling and needed to be replaced. At that point they had only used half a bundle… makes me think that’s where they make some extra margin. Lastly, never provided a detailed quote or formal bid with work/prices and didn’t acknowledge my concerns about cost/budget. Won’t work with these guys again.

I've been using Rainier Roof Restoration for my cedar shake roof for years now. They always do a great job. I wouldn't trust my roof with anyone else.

I wish I could remember the woman's name who answers the phone here. She cinched this deal. Incredible customer service. I got the requisite bids and they were all pretty close so I was looking for a way to choose. I love a little warm customer service. She had Anthony call me. He phoned when she said he would and was also confidence inspiring on the phone. He sent someone over when promised. I wasn't even home. The patch looks terrific, my yard and roof clean as a whistle. There was an error on my bill, and it was fixed in minutes. I'm sold. I've already recommended them to neighbors.

We were referred to Anthony and Rainier Roof Restoration years ago. We have been in our home since 1995 and Anthony has cared for our roof for well over 15 years! His knowledge of roof maintenance has kept our roof in excellent condition. Ours, i believe is the only roof in our 20+ house development that has NOT been replaced. Anthony and his crew are exceptional to work with. Roof cleaning and maintenance is a messy job and they are meticulous in their clean up. Anthony came to our aide in a situation last year when selling another home with sale pending. The roof was in need of repairs immediately. He sent his crew out within 24 hours on a weekend to do all the repairs! Cant say enough about the excellence of Rainier Roof Restoration!!
