Constraction reviews in Fircrest, Washington

Phenomenal company! They not only are reasonably priced but they are wonderful to schedule time with. Our roof is tile which is not the PNW norm they did a fantastic job. Not only did they clean the roof they repaired it and went out of their way to get the tile's for us. They cleaned up after themselves to the point that the driveway was cleaner than when they started in the morning. We will be hiring them again when the roof needs care again.

I definitely recommend this company. My tile roof had leaked intermittently for several years (one leak). Three roofing companies recommended cleaning the roof each time, or replacing the entire roof. I finally found Rainier Roof Restoration, and they knew exactly what to do to repair my leak. The work was done in less than a day. Great service, great to work with. I give them 5 stars!

I was very pleased at the quality of the work performed by Rainier Roof Restoration. Anthony was quick and responsive to my emails, and the employee who showed up was professional and polite.

Unfortunately, I was not at home when the worker showed up. I knew this would be the case ahead of time and I agreed to this. My roommate was home though, and said the worker was great. To top it off, the worker even power washed my driveway and the walkway leading to my front door at no extra charge. Very impressive.

The price was higher than I was expecting, but since this is the first time I had this type of work done, I really wasn't sure what the price would be going into this.

First you see the crew covering everything within 10 feet of the house. Then, you hear power washing at the same time sounds of repairs are going on. That was day one. Day two the roof is treated, and the crew leaves, and the grounds are cleaned as if they were never there. Viola! Our roof is good for another 5-10 years.
Also, a competitor to Rainier email us because we ask them for a bit two months prior. I told them it was too late. I would not tell them who we used, but I described their work and their response was, “ it must have been Rainier.” Says a lot.

This has been the second year that Anthony and his wonderful employees have provided excellent service for our family! The are caring, prompt, and efficient. I have had the pleasure of talking with the owner, Anthony. He called to ensure our satisfaction and answer any questions we had about their services. If you are looking for a friendly, honest and helpful local roofing service.... look no further!

Absolutely THE BEST for cedar shake roof repair, cleaning and maintenance. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best. Our cedar roof is 15 years old and after they were done cleaning, repairing and treating it, it looks better then the day it was installed.
Great job cleaning up after themselves to!
Nice work!

We used Rainier to help us inspect, repair and clean our cedar shingle roof. They did a in great job, were there when they promised to be, worked super hard into the evening to finish it and did a excellent job cleaning up afterward. We have a white house and after cleaning the roof they cleaned the entire house, patios, driveway, etc leaving it looking better than when they had gotten there. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Roofs are one of those things that most people don’t think too much about until there is a problem. Rainier Roof restoration is a great company that tracks the roof for the homeowner, and contacts the owner for regular maintenance so there will mot be a problem. Wonderful to work with as well.

I recently had the pleasure of having Anthony's visit for a roofing cleaning and repair quote. While we ultimately realized that our needs were beyond the scope of services he provides, I was genuinely impressed with our entire interaction. He was very responsive and provided a quote in an impressively timely manner, along with a list of houses he's provided services as a reference. Not only was his pricing very reasonable, but his honesty in detailing what he specializes in, and what he doesn’t, was refreshing. It’s clear that he values integrity and customer service. We will absolutely reach out to him in the future for projects that align with his expertise. Highly recommend!

Rainier roofing did a fantastic job of cleaning and treating our cedar shake roof. The roof still looks great, 7 months after treatment. They were quick, timely, easy to work with, and left the job site clean.

We recently had our tile roof cleaned by Rainier Roof Restoration and were very pleased with the results. Our roof is 35 years old and has been brush cleaned every 4 years since new. Rainier Roof Restoration cleaned using a pressure wash method and what a difference. In addition to cleaning the roof surface, they replaced 5 broken tiles, cleaned all valleys, and flashed areas along dormers. The pre-cleaning preparation and covering areas with plastic was great. Post cleanup too was fabulous as you couldn't tell they were here. Anthony was great getting us scheduled very timely and quoted a price that was very reasonable for the size and pitch of our roof. I will definitely use Rainier Roof Restoration for all future roofing needs. The crew that came out was great and all have been with the company for many years. I would recommend Rainier Roof Restoration for any roofing needs.

Fantastic job! Rainier Roof Restoration had great communication, had some one out quickly and had the work done. We would absolutely recommend and hire again!

The team was on time, professional and did a lot more cleaning than I paid for. They not only cleaned the roof of my house but also pressure washed my gazebo, driveway and patio at no extra charge. They cleaned the facia boards near my range hood vent where grease as been discharged from the previous owners and it looks much better. I will absolutely continue to use use Rainier for all my roof services and cleanings. Their team worked from 10am until 5:30pm with only a lunch break. They left my property neat and tidy with no mess and no debris about the house. I would highly recommend Anthony and the team.

Rainer Roof does excellent work and clean-up. They also repair damage and stand behind their work. I have used them for both and have and do highly recommend them to fam9ily and friends. They reasonable on pricing and working with you. They show up when they say they will. Try them and you will be happy you did.

Rainier cleaned my roof within a week of my call. The did a great job replacing missing shakes. The roof looked like new after the cleaning and the treatment. My 30 year roof is 15 years old, but with the cleaning, repairs, and treatment, I think it's got another 30 years.

We own a 30 year old 2 story home with a concrete tile roof that hadn’t been serviced in several years. There was moss growing on the roof, several tiles were broken and the gutters were clogged. I also needed to have our driveway and stone patio cleaned.
After getting 3 estimates we hired Rainier
Two employees arrived on time. They protected the lawn & plants. Did a great job of cleaning the roof and gutters, replaced broken tile, recaulked many areas. They pressure washed my driveway & patio and did some minor repairs. The two workers were polite, professional and very hard working.
The invoice I received was for the exact amount of the estimate.
Rainier IS my roof contractor for all future roof work. They are the BEST!

They were the quickest company to be able to quote and fix the problem while other companies gave quotes or said they couldn’t help with my problem, Rainier Roof had the best quote and could help me with my leak the fastest the company owner personally reached out to me to confirm the roof was still fixed a week later. Best roof company around!

Just had Rainier Roof out to clean my roof & gutters and as always they did an awesome job, looks great and the clean up was better than when they started.

I have been using Rainier Roof Restoration for years now and it is because they always do a great job on my cedar shingle roof!

Ranier roofing brought my cedar roof back to life! The team worked non-stop and I have received many compliments from my neighbors

Very honorable and trustworthy business. No pressure model. This is how all businesses should operate!!!

Super professional company. Got a cedar shake roof and did a ton of research before going with Rainier Roof Restoration as they had the most experience with these kinds of roofs. Their service isn't exactly cheap, but you also get what you pay for. Had our roof cleaned and oiled and actually ran into an issue with some overspray of the oil onto a neighbor's hours. Rainier Roof Restoration was absolutely committed to making sure all parties were 100% happy before taking payment. Really appreciated their commitment to doing the job fully and leaving things in a good state. My roof looks brand new now and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again (especially if you have a cedar shake roof like mine).
