Constraction reviews in Fircrest, Washington

Rainier Roof crew showed up when Anthony said they would and did great work. When they finished, they sprayed off the deck and driveway and now the deck looks brand new. I checked my gutters before and after their work and they did a great job clearing the gutters of muck. I paid for and received a great wood roof restoration, but also received a deck cleaning, driveway cleaning & gutter cleaning. Not my first time working w/ Rainier Roof Restoration (Anthony) and (as long as I continue to choose wood over composite) not my last. I received 4 estimates before choosing Rainier again (not the cheapest, not the most expensive) their workers have been courteous and treated my house w/respect. I choose the look of wood over other options because I like the beauty of a well maintained wood roof.

Anthony and Rainier Roof Restoration has been cleaning and preserving our cedar shake roof for 25 years! They always do a professional , fantastic job! Our roof looks great, even after all these years due to their expert care.

They did a fabulous job. It looks like we have new roof! Workmen were very competent and cleaned up great after they finished.

Rainier Roof Restoration did an excellent job cleaning my 50 year old cedar shingles roof. The whole area around my house was super clean, not even a a speck of dirt anywhere when they were done! Thank you Rainier Roof Restoration!

Great company that does excellent work! I have used them for maintenance and cleaning of my cedar shake roof and always have had a great experience. I had an issue due to storm damage recently, called on a Saturday explained what had happened and had a crew out first thing Monday morning to fix the damage.

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job cleaning and sealing our tile roof again. We have used Rainier multiple times and they are the best at repairing and maintaining tile roofs. I strongly recommend them for long term roofing care and service.

Rainier Roofing are specialized and experts in cedar wood shingle roof restoration and repair. The service for roof repair (approx. 2,000 SF of roof area) and the follow up with the wood treatment was done professionally, quick and clean. Working with Rainier Roofing allowed me to extend the lifespan of our roof by several years. Overall we had a great experience with Rainier Roofing.

Rainier Roofing’s Guillermo worked on cleaning and repairing our cedar shake roof for almost three days and did an EXCELLENT job! The roof looks great and he made sure he had fully cleaned out the gutters and the house surroundings totally. Plus he was a delight to work with and have around.
We are VERY pleased.

Rainier Roof Restoration has repaired and maintained our concrete tiled roof for 5 years. We first called them out after a leak and since then we've been fortunate enough to think about our roof very little. Mainly because RRR thinks about our roof for us. The owner checks in with us regularly while not being pushy. Every person who has come out to work on the roof has been professional and polite, while taking extra care with our delicate roof. Honestly, at this point they are like family.

It is a very reputable company that does a great job on our roof. While most roofing companies only install new roofs this one will fix and on our cedar roof they keep it in great shape. I do not have to recall when it has been treated as they do a wonderful job and work around my schedule when needed. Great company and great value.

Rainier Roof Restoration is the only company we have ever trusted with taking care of our roof. They are professional and never let us down. With friendly employees and caring owners why would I ever trust anyone else to do my roof?

They were very quick to respond and had significant experience with cedar shake roofs. Crew that came out to do initial cleaning and repairs were great and did an excellent job. Look forward to phase two when weather allows for staining in Spring. Would not hesitate to use them for future roofing needs.

I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. Owner Anthony Schmitt is the best in the business. His knowledge of cedar shake roof care and repair is unmatched. I would not have anyone else treat my roof. Guiellrmo and crew just finished the gentle wash and shingle replacement- he and his outstanding crew will return soon to place the protective stain. 5 1/2 stars Rainier Roof Restoration!

I didn't realize our shake roof could look so nice! Everyone at Rainier Roof is helpful and responsive. They cleaned and repaired our roof and made repairs to our chimney. Sometimes it's hard to find a company that will do "small" jobs, which ours was. A larger roofing company said Rainier was their recommendation for shake roof maintenance and I'm so glad they did!

It was a great experience working with Rainer. Our cedar shake rook was in rough shape and now looks brand new after replacing sun damaged shingles and good oiling. I’m very happy with their work and the process.

I have a 25-year-old cedar shake roof that needed cleaning and repairs. Over the years, I’ve worked with several roofing companies—some of which are no longer in business. I chose this company because of their strong reputation for restoring cedar shake roofs, and they absolutely lived up to it.

From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and thorough. Anthony Schmitt, the owner, took the time to explain every step of the process—from repairs to treatment—and it was clear they don’t cut corners. After cleaning, they discovered more damaged shakes than expected, so the final cost was a bit higher than the initial estimate, but I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail.

I opted for the premium oil treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. My roof looks nearly new again, and I’ve already received compliments from neighbors. I know I’ll enjoy the renewed look and protection for years to come.

Do your research—I did—and I highly recommend this company. They’re one of the few remaining specialists in cedar shake roof maintenance in the Pacific Northwest, and it shows. It’s all they do, and they do it exceptionally well. As long as I own my home, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roof.
