Adam was very professional, knowledgeable and also patient with all of our questions. We felt confident in his level of skill, he resolved our drain issue. I will ask for him specifically when I call Roto-Rooter again.

The plumber did a good job, but he was only at my house for three hours and charged me $1,618.00 for labor and $101.64 for parts, plus tax. That is about $539.00 an hour. I found out later when I spoke to other plumbers in area that they would have only charged about $600.00 for the labor for what this plumber did. He didn’t even remove the toilet, since I already removed it before he got to my house. I think you guys took advantage of us and will never use your company again.

Florin was fantastic! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Often plumbers exaggerate problems and fill you with anxiety. Not Florin! His competence was clear and he efficiently solved a problem that plagued me for months. He is the best! Also, have to love RotoRooter. They show up!

Adam and Shawn both worked so efficiently. With such a big job, It seems like our problem and worries were resolved quickly. Their experience was evident with how clearly they answered our questions. Excellent communication and work has given me all the confidence of a job well done.

We had a great experience with Sam replacing our 30 yr old water heater. He was fast, friendly, and very professional. He explained all steps of the process and made sure everything worked before he left. We definitely felt well-serviced.

Adam arrived quickly @ around 8 minutes. He was totally professional, courteous and thorough. Notable business practices are cleaning up the area upon completion of his work. Wears booties over his shoes when re-entering our home after stepping outside and after returning from our crawl space. We definitely will reach out to Adam for future jobs.

Wow, I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received from Adam at Roto-Rooter! It was late on a Sunday afternoon, and I was panicking about a plumbing issue. To my absolute relief, Adam arrived at my door within one hour of my call – talk about prompt!

What truly impressed me was Adam's demeanor. He was extremely polite and professional from the moment he arrived. Even though my initial plumbing problem seemed to have resolved itself by the time he got there, Adam didn't just pack up and leave. Instead, he took the time to thoroughly investigate the situation, patiently helping me troubleshoot and pinpoint the root cause to my septic tank. He even took the time to educate me about the function of my septic system, which was incredibly helpful and something I really appreciated.

To top it all off, Adam ended up not charging me for the service call! I was absolutely floored by his honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of service is truly exceptional and so rare to find.

Very fast! I first called a little after 9:00 a.m. and they had finished the job and left a little before 11:00 a.m.

Kind of pricey. They replaced one small section of pipe on top of my water heater using parts they had on the van and it cost almost $600. They were at my home for less than 1 hour.

If I had time to shop around for a better price I definitely would have, but I'm grateful to have this fixed so quickly by very kind, helpful, and professional people.

The technician was about an hour late from the originally promised time but we were informed about the delay. He was professional and resolved the problem in a reasonable amount of time. He quoted the price up front which we found helpful. We would use Roto Rooter again if needed.

Had new construction pump house with 2 each 220 gallon bladder pressure tanks to serve 2 homes installed on 1 inch and 1 1/4 lines to 2 homes. There have been ZERO leaks or issues on complex manifold system to equalize pressure in both tanks,one home the water id over 1000 feet with approx 45 ft elevation gain without a boost pump. The impeccable quality of work by Tim has stood the test of time and is worth every penny.

A.T.H. plumbing is reliable and they are very knowledgeable. They do a great job of explaining what needs to be done and are very fair with their pricing.
