Great customer service. Fixed our plumbing issue in no time. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us some good tips to prevent future issues as well. Pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommend these folks.

Roto Rooter came out to replace our toilet and clear our lines. Adam, our technician, was Very nice and professional. Explain our options and how much each one would cost. Once we made our decision, he did an awesome job and informed us of our warranty for their services. Love that Roto Rutter is an established company and has been around for years. Would definitely Use their services again!

Adam was an excellent technician. He fixed my problem and explained what he was doing so I could understand. It turned into a pretty big job and it was the last job on his shift but he remained pleasant, good natured and courteous despite the lateness of the evening when he had already put in many hours of work. He didn't leave my house until he was sure everything was working properly. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

I had a back up into my house and I called and they were here within an hour! Adam was great and quickly identified the problem and got right to work. He was very respectful and friendly and got the whole thing taken care of quickly. And Clayton came and used a camera to inspect the sewr line and even sent me a video of the pipes showing me some problem areas and came up with a plan to get that taken care of. Im very happy with their service and quick response even tho I called in the evening.

As for Ashley who came to he house to take pictures and get the info on what happened so we could contact our insurance, she is absolutely a superstar!

We had a sewage backup under our house on Memorial day. We called and Adam came out. It was about 10:00 pm. We live in a very rural area. Our septic system is quite a way from our home. Adam was able to fix our problem and set us up with a next day camera probe to make certain the problem is fixed. Also a water remediation Co. That works with insurance so I may be able to claim it on my insurance.
My bill was way less than I anticipated and I could not be more happy with Adam and Roto Rooter.

Adam was great, provided me with the two best options, I chose the safer one, and he was done in about 2.5 hours and fixed the issue with my upstairs toilet. Resealing looks good and it was tested for leaks. Thanks so much!

Adam came out to fix my gutter downspout that was clogged underground. He gave me a fair estimate and went to work immediately. He used the hydro jet line to go down at least 30 feet to clear out debris that was clogging the line from draining. He then used a camera to show me the inside of the pipe. Great service and kept me in the loop on what was happening. I will definitely be using him again for drain issues. Thank you!

We had a clog in our main drain line on Sunday night at 8pm. Scheduled for service with Roto Rooter for the next morning between 8 and 10pm. They texted me with 30 minutes notice and showed up exactly when they said. Our service tech Adam was great. He went over everything clearly and concisely. We knew the cost up front. He got us unclogged quickly and made recommendations for a riser in our older septic tank. I would definitely use them again for emergency type service if I need to.

These guys came out same day I was having plumbing issues which was awesome. They texted to let me know their arrival time. They were polite, thorough and communicated well. They are a little on the pricey side compared to a couple others I called, but they did do a great job. I’d rate a 5 for on the job, and 4 stars due to they are a bit higher price wise.

Adam was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain things to me and was very respectful of my home. Even when things went down hill, he put me at ease and assured me everything would soon be in working order! I hope I never have problems again, but if I do I’ll call Adam!
