After a difficult period of arranging for a service call, Mike showed up a little early ready to inspect and clean our fireplace and chimney.
He not only provided us with an inspection but made a couple of minor repairs that we were not expecting.
Moreover, he also assisted my wife with modification to her shop vac to make it more usefull and easier to use.
I found him to be pleasant, and willing to answer all our questions about conversation to a gas log.
If we make the conversion,we will most likely call him for the installation.

Quick shout out for the Chimney Guy.
He absolutely was spot on what roofing repairs that needed to be done, went over and above with repairs,, showed me before and after work, was very professional, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly. I will recommend him to anyone! VERY satisfied with his work!!

He never showed up. He barely took my husband's call when we tried to see where he was. We left a text no response. He called the next day trying to come to our house. We said no we have plans just like yesterday. Customer service was in the toilet.

After watching his Commercials on TV I had to tell my experience. I bought a house. Realtor recommended him. The seller agreed to repairs needed and used “ Chimney Guy.”. The cap he installed blew off first week exposing repair to liner was not done. Also left mess on my roof with motar. And a tool left behind. He told me I had Nerve to complain has he did the job forThe seller not me. AND No I did not accept his offer to come back. And don’t count on your home inspection to tell you about a major mess left behind. You’re supposed to trust someone after that. NO THANK YOU !!

Another no show two days in a row. Seems like a pattern based on other reviews. Check your google reviews before hiring someone that doesn’t even have common courtesy to let you know if he’ll show up. Clearly there’s a pattern. Don’t own a business if you can even respond to people trying to hire you. No cell service is just an excuse. Also, neither is car trouble. Being a kind human being revolves not wasting another person’s time. Thank you for wasting our time on two no shows two days in a row. What goes around will come around.

Update on my previous review. He did have vehicle trouble and he did come out and inspect my chimney. He was very detailed and did a thorough job. He was very polite and professional.

Bradley came and cleaned our 105 year old chimney. He was very professional and told us what was wrong and what we should do to improve it. No high pressure sales, just honest information. Will be using him every year going forward for cleaning and repairs! Highly recommend!

Adrian was a great person to work with and helped me find a solution to my problem very quickly.

These guys are awesome. They found the problem with my AC unit immediately and fixed it within minutes. Adrian also gave us really helpful recommendations to help keep it running longer and what to expect if we ever needed to update our system.

ast night I made a plea for an "emergency" back pressure test of my sprinkler system so the city wouldn't shut off my water. He came TODAY and did it. Didn't ask for cash up front and invoiced me. In this day and age this is unheard of professionalism and customer support. I can NOT think of a higher praise and recommendation than Refrigeration Plus for your service needs.
