We've been happy customers of Chinook for 9 years, and have maintained the annual maintenance plan. We loved them and their technicians enough to ask them to install a new $16,000 unit for us last year; unfortunately, some property damage occured as a result of that install that requires remediation. If this were a year ago, I'd bet my bottom dollar that they'd have fixed the installer's mistake, but something about Management is different now. Chinook wants us to pay an additonal $1400 to return and correct the issues that arose from the install, and that's just not right. We are in the market for a new HVAC company

Eduardo was very helpful with resetting thermostats in my home and making sure everything was running well before leaving. He explained in detail about certain questions I had about things I wasn’t aware of with moving into our new home. I will definitely use chinook heating and air again!

Eduardo was very friendly and informative of our new home walk through, showed me the main options of the thermostat, checked to make sure the units were working properly and even changed a filter out that was a tad dirty. Very professional business. We had a leak in the refrigerant line which was close to still being under our home warranty but was actually outside of the warranty period. They sent a supervisor out to our home to look at the issue and they scheduled a technician the next day to fix the problem no charge. I appreciated the fast service and consideration, especially as it was close to being covered under warranty, but not technically still under warranty. I am very pleased with their prompt attention and professionalism.

I've had them do full installs and routine maintenance and they have been great in both settings. Their people are thorough and responsive to questions. They were the only company that offered extra input for a return air situation, doing a thorough inspection before quoting and then their prices are very reasonable too. We've had a couple of little things come up and they've taken care of them quickly so I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them myself.

After a quick call, they arrived within 45 minutes and efficiently dismantled my old A/C system. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.
