OMG what an experience. Julio was stellar. He calmed my fears that the "right now" heating and cooling people created. Did not need a new heat pump at the tune of $11,000. Julio was caring, listened to me, gave excellent explanations and was very respectful of an old couple who was out of our element. He was awesome. He needs a raise! The call office crew were very caring and rapid in getting us scheduled for repair. The next day. Can you imagine!! I will be using Chinook was all out heating and cooling of our house and my husbands business 7 mini splits. Thank you to all who made this experience wonderful. Bev and Dan Russell

You guys showed up, got Wright to work after three deliveries. We got the right equipment and they proceeded to install, the guys did a good job of installing the new unit had a little problem with the thermostat, but a technician came out. Got me on my right track. All is good so far.

Very responsive and excellent customer service. Going the extra mile from first contact to the actual installation. High quality product and knowledgeable staff. Crew is very respectful and friendly. I’m very impressed and pleased by their work and would highly recommend them.

We were so grateful for Ronald's professional knowledge. He was a lifesaver since it hit 104 degrees today. He was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time trouble shooting the problem. We gladly give him 5 stars.

Our AC went out on a holiday weekend. We called Chinook at night, they were at our house the next morning first thing. They fixed the problem really quick, and the bill was VERY reasonable.

We just had our annual seasonal service completed by Andres. He was awesome. Very clean, polite and knowledgeable of his craft. Would definitely recommend him and Chinook to anyone.

Called after hours on July 3rd due to system outage. Dispatch sent a technician within a couple of hours. Andy was able to diagnose and repair our 11yr old system right away. He was a pleasure to work with-outstanding workmanship-and the cooling off nicely. Thank you

Surge protectors were installed & annual maintenance of my home’s HVAC system was completed by Ronald, he was very professional & through. I highly recommend Chinook Heating & Air, Inc.

I had a good experience with chinook. I called and they had their guy here within a hour!! He was very knowledgeable and got my air conditioner working. Victor was his name.. Good personality and did his job well. My only complaint was the cost...lol. (it was actually reasonable).

Carlos is awesome!
He arrived on time and ready to get the job done. He explained the process as he went so that I understood everything that was being done and went above and beyond compared to several other techs we have had out to service our system in the last three years. He’s the first one who even took his time to clean the inside as well as the cover that had gotten pretty gross over the years so when he was done the entire system looked brand new and well cared for! I wish I had taken before pictures because the difference is huge.
Will definitely be happy to be a repeat customer!

Changing my rating. My first year in our house I would turn the fireplace on and it would barely heat the house. I had someone look, they said the heat sensor wasn’t where it needed to be for the fan to kick on. So then once it went on it made a very loud noise the entire time it ran. By the time I realized that was abnormal and called, it was no longer under warranty. That was when we had someone come and diagnose the issue for the $95. He looked and said bearings are bad but he said you can’t just replace bearings need an entire new fan. Quoted me about $817.75 additional to do that. Total with tax would have been $986.68! Outrageous! I did not do that. I only paid the diagnostic fee. I looked up the fan and it was $33. Other options ranged up through a little over $100. It was easy to pull out the fan from the bottom. Ended up buying 2 new bearings for less than $8 and replaced. Took less than 5 min to remove the fan from unit, 45 min work to assess, order and replace bearings then 5 min to reinstall. Put the fan back in and good as new. This entire process was several years because I didn’t know there was an issue until I started questioning things. There’s a metal plate underneath with all of the specifications. I also saw a control switch underneath for a handheld remote to operate but never received a remote. So we use the wall switch.

Our AC unit went out two days ago during some pretty warm weather. I called Chinook Heating and Air, and they were able to schedule us quickly. Julio came out and did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and got the repairs done. We’re so grateful for the fast service and the great work highly recommend!

Victorino was amazing! He was able to arrive sooner than scheduled time which worked even better for me, and was friendly, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about our HVAC. I am a new home owner and Victorino helped me choose the right plan for my HVAC being serviced. Super happy with Erin too! Her response on the phone is excellent and she too is very knowledgeable. Overall Chinook is an outstanding company and I'm pleased that they will be taking care of my new house's HVAC system, including the Ecobee thermostat.

Alpha came promptly to assess why my newly purchased HVAC system thermostat was not responding to my directions. She provided a temporary solution.
Next day service tech Abraham arrived and within 1/2 hour determined the source of the problem and corrected it. I am a "happy camper" now...no more awakening at 3:15 AM with the house temp 74 when it set the evening before at 68.

I had an HVAC emergency today and called Chinook!! They sent someone right out and fixed the problem really fast!! Will definitely be using them for all my HVAC maintenance and repairs in the future!!
