Nick Dillard arrived yesterday afternoon fully prepared to service our heat and air system. He was both articulate and knowledgeable about the work he was doing and explained every detail thoroughly. He worked efficiently making some repairs that we were unaware needed correcting, explaining and showing us where and why the problems existed.
Nick is courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Solstice installed a new duel head mini split in our new shop. They were efficient, professional & completed the job on schedule.

Unfortunately, we had an A/C emergency on the hottest day of the year at my elderly MIL house. Andy, the owner shows up after hours and spends his whole evening making sure everything was fixed and working as it should. He explained every issue, discussed prices AHEAD of time, and thankfully had all the parts to make multiple repairs as well as added new parts to help it function properly in the future. In addition, had drop cloths and kept everything clean with all the in and out he had to do. The customer service was great from the very 1st phone call to the end of the service call. I highly recommend Solstice to everyone- you won't be disappointed!

The best hvac company on the planet, Im certain. I own several airbnbs,and use solstice for all the homes. I literally called and in less than 45 min a tech was at the house and diagnosed the system and had a plan to repair. This is only one of many situations they've rescued me, while having tenants occupying. Solstice is efficient and organized. I will forever refer thems to friends, family and clients .

Matt came out to service our mini split system in our shop. He was professional and on time. Matt cleaned the indoor coil, and found the drain was clogged, he fixed the clogged drain and saved us from a future disaster! I highly recommend Solstice Heating and Air for all you HVAC needs!

Solstice Heating & Air is a top notch, ethical, highly skilled company! They absolutely Deserve their 5 star rating. The entire company is made up of the highest quality professionals in the area. I have worked with both Andy and Bobbie Jo for 20+ years, on different commercial projects. And today they saved me again! I woke up to my home unit leaking thru the ceiling! (installed 2.5 years ago by a different company). Mathew came right out and got us fixed up. I have also worked with Mathew on many larger commercial projects. He has always been great to work with, and is a truly skilled craftsman! When you only hire honest, hard working professionals, you get a company worthy of your business. I would never recommend any HVAC company other than Solstice. They are honest, trustworthy and professional. And now days it isn’t always easy to find trustworthy companies. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars!
