Ryan sold me on the idea of a whole house filter. From start to finish, he was very helpful. The installers had to modify ductwork to install the filter. They did a great job too. It came out perfect! It looked like original equipment from day one the way it was artfully blended into the system. I would hire this company again!

Solstice Heating and Air is a local company run and owned by Andy Roberts. From the time I encountered them and used them for services they have been fantastic. Very prompt fair pricing and great work. I recommend them highly.!

Called yesterday evening right before closing. They sent someone (Matt) first thing this morning. He was polite and friendly out the gate. He found the problem, told me the cost, and fixed it in just over an hour. He even charmed the barky neighbor dog! He’s a gem! Thanks for being so quick!

Tech was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me. He was great.

Called Solstice on Sunday when one of my furnaces stopped working. They quickly got me in touch with one of their technicians who said he could come out that day. He advised me that if it wasn’t an emergency, it’d be cheaper to wait until normal weekday business hours. Fortunately it wasn’t an emergency, so that’s what we did. They called me back first thing the next morning and Matt was at my house by 9am. He serviced both of my Furnaces in about an hour and gave me a run down of how they’re running and what had happened with the one that wasn’t working. Turned out the Wet Switch flipped, so no big deal.
Overall, fantastic and quick service. Fair pricing and they’ll set you up with a plan to visit twice a year to make sure everything is good for heating and cooling at the beginning of each season.
Highly recommend.

Air conditioner was not cooling. Inside temp kept rising even tho it was set at a cooler temp. It was late afternoon when I called and they scheduled someone to come out first thing the next morning. Technician showed up on time. Ken figured out pretty quickly what the problem was and after going to get the replacement part, had it working in no time. Thank you.

I got a quote from another hvac company prior to calling Andy at Solice. The first company quoted more than 3 times what Solice did, not to mention they tried to talk me into a complete new hvac system that was not needed. Solice was prompt, professional, only provided the service that was needed and did it at a great price! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Two gentlemen from Solstice arrived within the timeframe I had been given, did a routine cleaning and maintenance of my HVAC system, and installed a new digital thermostat that I had purchased for me. They were very professional, friendly, and in and out in about an hour. On a bi-annual service plan with them, and I appreciate their easy service and looking out for me. They were out in a jiffy in the Winter when my heating went out, quickly identified the problem, and repaired it at a reasonable rate. Would recommend.
