Our AC fan motor failed. Had someone come out from a different company to look at it, ended up with a $900 estimate. These guys came in the same day, fixed it up in about an hour, and at half the price. Would definitely recommend their services.

Raul came out at 9:30pm to fix my ac. It was fixed extremely fast, he had it working again within 20 minutes, he was polite, nice and very professional. I would definately recommend them and will use them for future tune ups and problems.

I've had a technician come out twice now for a general maintenance, and cleaning. I was very impressed with the technicians knowledge, and professional service that I received, I would definitely recommend them. My last service was this Spring, and my air conditioning system is working much better! Also, their prices are reasonable.

Raul came by to work on my heating system and was very professional and polite. He did an amazing job and is going to get me set up on a regualr service plan, fixed my heat issue quickly, and recommended a better air filter for our house lay out. only place i will do business with for my heating and air.

These guys were super straight to the point with what was happening to the unit, they Fixed the issue within minutes. Even when the Hvac unit fought back, they returned determined to have my Apartment cooled down. Im glad i was fortunate to work with such a knowledgeable Technician, Taylor was his name. Raul was recommended to me by a friend. I called him when we were having issues with the AC unit. He came right out the next day to help troubleshoot and was able to quickly identify the issue. He’s incredibly responsive, thorough and professional. I’ve since recommended All Climate to a couple more friends. Got a same day appointment which I was very thankful for. (It was like 83° in my house already at 8am.) Margarito was on time. So nice and courteous. Very professional, swiftly diagnosed AC issue and resolved it. (Total bill wasn't bad at all either.) Above and beyond service! Highly recommend this company and Margarito. Literally made me look forward to summer this year!!! I didn't have air to the half side of my house. Laura quickly got me scheduled and had a tech come out to fix it! When the tech was out they noticed that my unit wasn't serviced properly, so they had another tech come out first thing in the morning to fix that! I was highly impressed by their commitment and attentiveness to my needs. The tech educated us on what needed to be done for preventative maintenance and what was going on with the issues we were having which was really helpful. I had a relatively unique request in that I already had my own heat pump and furnace and just needed a company to do the installation. All Climate Heating and Air Conditioning was one of only a few companies who gave me a return phone call during my estimate process, and one of only 2 that gave me a formal estimate.

Raul came to my house for the estimate and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. Everyone I dealt with at their company was also very friendly/helpful/knowledgeable.

They just finished our installation yesterday and everything is working fantastically. The installation is extremely clean with great attention to detail.

BEWARE!! All Climate Heating & Air Conditioning is no longer in business and when you call the number listed as All Climate you reach a person that does not identify themselves as another company called My HVAC guy, LLC. Believing I was working with All Climate as I have in the past, a technican came out to look at my heat pump and asked for a signature on paperwork that I was not given a copy of and no amount of a charge. When I did not respond to their quote I was sent an email requesting $313.09. I am a local CPA and will be sending out a alert to everyone I know to be very aware of this kind of scam outfit since there are so many great HVAC repair companies in Richland pick one with much better business practices than My HVAC guy, LLC.

Kevin Egger is so polite. He always goes out of his way to fix our problems. He is always very polite. I really appreciate Jacob and Rhodes.

Our A/C went out, Jacob & Rhodes called back within a timely matter. Got us on the schedule for same day. Their technician, Carter came out at the beginning of the time frame they have me. I got a text with his name and picture, I like that. Carter was very nice, professional, and took the time to explain what happened and what he did to resolve the problem.

We had our entire unit replaced with a much quieter and efficient unit. The guys were on time and navigated our dogs all day respectfully. They did a great job and cleaned up immaculately!

We were so impressed with this company! Our 50+ year old AC went out at the end of July and the very next day Rob came out and gave us an estimate and had us on the schedule for replacement. It was a difficult job on one of the hottest days of the year but Jaime, Ismael and Austin went above and beyond to make sure our HVAC unit replacement got finished in one day. Rob and Ryan were on top of making sure we were able to utilize the Benton PUD rebate as well. We will absolutely be recommending Jacobs and Rhodes to our friends and clients!

Hank & Max arrived on time and replaced old Lennox system with a Daikin HVAC system. They were cordial, competent and took pride in their work. They hauled away old system and areas were clean of all debris when they left. Very professional and competent. The before and after photos show the quality of their work.
