Great and fast service! We had indoor and outdoor units replaced and Ryan was always super responsive during the entire process. This was for a rental so I wasn't always able to be there. He performed the perfect pace of getting the job done quick, without hindering quality or thoroughness. Right on time for summer days! Definitely recommend Tri City Heating & Air!

I called Tri City Heating and Cooling LLC to see if they could diagnose my HVAC issue of not cooling. I watched Ryan go through and test the most common failures in the system, no luck. Unfortunately, my compressor went out due to an issue with my cooling coil, I needed to replace my AC. I had already gotten a quote from another reputable company, but their price seemed to high for me and they didn't do as good of a job trying to diagnose the problem. Ryan gave me a fair price (without me telling him the other company's quote). This is exactly what I look for in a company like Tri City Heating and Cooling that is honest, professional, quality work at a fair price! Ryan explained everything he was doing as I watched him and helped me understand what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company, 5 stars!

I don't usually do reviews or give 5 stars. But I had such a great experience. I highly recommend Tri City Heating and Air. My AC quit working today and Ryan was here within a couple of hours. Had it fixed right away and at a reasonable price. Super nice guy. I will definitely call him again. It's nice to have AC again on a 100+ degree day. Thank you Ryan!!

Our AC unit was not working. We saw Tri-City Heating & Air at our neighbors house. We waited until Ryan pulled out and stopped him. Told him our problem and Ryan said let’s go check it out!

I know he was exhausted and ready to go home but he was there to help one more family.

Our unit was bad enough that we had to replace it. Within less than a week we had our new furnace / heat pump / AC unit installed. The job was done timely and on budget. Ryan was very fair with his pricing. We were kept informed throughout the project.

We were having issues with our minisplit system in our newer home ,it was not venting to our bedrooms. We were working with another company initially and were told that there was some kind of leak/issue in our attick unit and that it wasn't really meant to push air to our rooms, it was gonig to be around $3,000 and never even addressed our concern. I called Tri City heating and Air for a second opinion and they have been nothing short of lifesavers. They told us there should be a warranty to cover if there was some sort of leak, and came and checked it out. It ended up being a easy fix, our filter was just too thick, and right away we were getting air into the rooms again. AND- there was no leak or any issues that they could find! Walked away only paying a few hundred for their time and diagnostic. Won't be going anywhere else!!!
