They did great, installing our new heat/air. Very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the job well done. They walked us through of how the new unit and how the app works and everything, they clean up after they're done too!!! Happy Customer here.

I woke up Christmas morning without heat. The technician, Francisco, quickly came to help with sound advice. He cleaned our dirty heat sensor and recommended a new computer board. With the heat sensor cleaned, the heat was back on. He explained the situation to me in clear terms and I was grateful to have heat again. It was so nice to get everything fixed so quickly on Christmas morning.

We were getting new installation installed when they noticed issues with our heating ducts. We called Dayco and they were able to get someone out the same day and get the work done so the insulation job could continue. Highly recommend them.

Alan did an outstanding job with our HVAC service. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and got right to work without needing any direction, a true self-starter. He took the time to clearly explain everything to us in a way that was easy to understand, which we really appreciated. Not only did he do a great job on the scheduled service, but he also went the extra mile by identifying an unexpected issue with one of our appliances. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with his work and would highly recommend him.

Did not appreciate van #1566's driving skills.
Skipped me & the vehicle in front of me, in a merging lane going 80mph (speed limit is 60mph on 240), because he didn't want to zipper merge. Might need to re-enroll him in a driving class.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Ruben did. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure that everything was in great shape before leaving. He has great customer service. I love Apollo and their team. Thanks for the great service you have given me in over 10 years now.

Ryan did a great job fixing both our furnace and AC. We were given options on how we could deal with the repair. He was fast and professional. Will definitely be spreading the word about Apollo! Thank you so much!

I hired Apollo to replace a heat pump, air handler, humidifier and thermostat. I selected Apollo after reading many reviews, checking a few references and a slight preference for Carrier equipment. There bid was very competitive compared to two other contractors. Patrick and Tim performed the install. They were very professional and experienced. They took care to keep my home clean and the install was done in a very professional manner. After the install, Tim walked me through the install and its use. Its now two weeks after the install and system is working perfectly.

Update: I decided to lower my review to 4 stars. Equipment install I described above was great and a year later is running great. However, the insulation that was reinstalled around my ductwork came undone. I've had Apollo back on two occasions to reinstall it properly with no success. I'll take care of it myself but not to happy about it!

Used Apollo in my last couple homes and have never been disappointed. Techs are smart and do a great job, plus listen to any worries you have. My tech today was 11/10!

Update : My experience with Apollo started off good then ran into a few big problems. After working with Doug Jones at Apollo, he made right the issues that had caused me to write a negative review. It is very nice to have Doug show professionalism for Apollo. Everyone makes mistakes and Apollo stepped up took responsibility to make things right. Thank you!

We had to replace our heat pump and Jason made the entire process seamless from the quote process through the install and set up. He was amazing to work with! He came out the day we inquired about a new system and was in constant contact during the install. All of the technicians we dealt with were fantastic, friendly and hard workers. We will definitely choose Apollo in the future and highly recommend them!

I've not dealt with a company more gear towards customer service. They gave me all my options. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable of their products. Very exceptionally workers. Showed up on time. Completed in a timely manner and clean up after themselves. Would highly recommend them for anything to do with heating or air conditioning systems.
