Alan did an excellent job! We called because a rodent, bigger than a mouse but smaller than a full grown rat, had died on the ledge next to the louvers on the heat pump cover. Alan removed the rodent and wiped down the surfaces to complete the job. He thought the rodent must have made a bad decision to enter when the fan was off, then stuck its neck out when the fan went on. I’m nicknaming the animal “Don Quijote”.

Julian was an excellent technician to service the two air conditioning units for my house. He made a very good impression for Dayco Heating and Cooling.

Dayco was fantastic! Their people are full of knowledge and was kind and happy enough to take out an old system that had been so broken down it wouldn't be worth to repair and replaced it with the whole kit and kaboodle. (Thank you so much Dan and everyone else that helped!)

I called Dayco early Monday morning (before business hours) and was pleasantly surprised to realize they have an emergency option to leave a message! I left a message then called back at 8:05. I fully expected to get a voicemail but had a live person answer on the first ring! 😃 They asked a couple questions then transferred me to where I needed to go. Again, a real person picked up first ring on the transfered call. They scheduled me an appointment for the following day (totally acceptable) and said they'd call back if they had any cancellations. Note: Our AC had gone out in 100* temps. Sure enough, we had a call back to schedule the same day at 4:30. Then another call back to come at 1:30!
Paul was on time, quickly found the issue(s), explained everything to us, had all the parts needed to repair our very old system and had us back up and running in a short time. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Paul and Dayco for a wonderful experience! We will be getting a quote for our new system installation and definitely get on their service plan going forward! 5 star experience!!

Technicians arrived on time, explained what they’d be doing, respected my home by laying down drop cloths to keep from tracking dirt inside! They finished up in a timely manner, reminded me to get the new furnace registered for warranty purposes and educated me on how often to replace my house air filters!

Nick did an awesome job on diagnosing and servicing our furnace. Paul was very helpful and thorough in giving us an estimate with multiple options. Thank you very much for great service.

I'd rate this company 10 stars if it was an option. They would send a technician promptly whenever I had problems with old equipment. They also talked me thru fixing my own problems several times when their guys were backed up a bit during peak hot weather events & had the parts I needed. When I bought a new hvac system their sales guy was absolutely awesome to deal with. The maintenance program & duct cleaning/sealing service they provided with the new system was top notch. Every technician I've delt with over the last 15 years was professional, friendly and efficient with their time. I'm not saying other outfits are bad, I'm saying my experiences with this one have all been awesome.

We recently asked Dayco to inspect and perform needed maintenance on our HVAC unit. This was our first experience with Dayco and I'm convinced they are the best in the area. They are very customer oriented and quickly squeezed us into their busy schedule, even during the current heat wave. Nick, our technician, was patient with my questions and explained what services he would be performing in a manner I could understand. He was thorough, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very confident in his assessment and it was apparent he genuinely cared about our comfort and HVAC equipment. Thank You!

We had an issue with our A/C not keeping up given the extreme temperatures this week. Justin at Dayco was quick to respond and help get us get scheduled in a reasonable turnaround time. Victor and his teammate showed up on time. They were candid at educating us on the repairs needed and did not try to sell us something that was not needed. I consider Dayco the “easy button” when it comes to confidently getting our HVAC maintenance and repairs done. Big thanks to the entire Dayco team!

Jose Velasco performed the 6 month service on my furnace and heat pump [in the cold and dark] and did an excellent job. He had not worked on this unit previously but went through everything as if he had done it many times before. He, like all Dayco individuals, was very personable and responded to my questions with clear and concise answers. Look forward to him working on my unit in the future.

Dayco has been our “go to”for a long time. After installation right after moving into a new home we have continued on with a maintenance program and we have been very pleased. All personnel are professional, prompt, very proficient and explain their actions and findings which we appreciate. Our tech today was Seth Smith and he was great.

Very professional yet a small enough company that every person (office appointment desk, salesman and technicians) are very personable. Their workmanship is excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn't know they were here except that we have a nice new unit on our wall.

Called up Dayco let them know what was going on with my system. They checked the scheduling and were able to send out the Tech within the hour. Our service technician was very professional and very courteous about explaining what was going on with our system. Explained what happened and how much it was going to cost and he had the parts on hand.

The technician arrived on-time and was able to assess the problem with my furnace. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will use Dayco again for my heating and air conditioning needs.

We had Dayco out for a second opinion after being given an astronomical quote for services from a different company. The workers from Dayco were exemplary! They spent an entire day in our home cleaning and sealing our ductwork including the dryer duct! They were professional and pleasant the entire time. We can’t express how very grateful we are that we got a second opinion and chose to work with Dayco. Not only were they stellar to work with the bill was one tenth of the quote we had from the first company!

My husband and I have been a customer of Dayco for years. First with our gas fireplace and now with a new HVAC system. They are the friendliest, professional ppl to work with. They have the best prices and don’t try to pressure or up sale you. I can’t say enough good things about them

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and shared with me everything he did.

I had to called this company because they service my landlord. They came out as after hours service and took extra money to complete the work and I had electrician working their and these people ask him to buy a thermostat and install and give him instruction. This is how a bonded company works give someone unknown to complete the work and electrician messed up and this company comes back and charge me extra again and blames that the Electrician should have not done it? In first place you should have just kept the ticket open and left incomplete work. Be careful out before hiring them specially after hours.

We had an amazing experience with Dayco! They replaced our entire HVAC system and went above and beyond by providing a free duct cleaning and leak test. They also fixed all of our leaks, and our home feels so much warmer since the update. The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
