I have been with Bruce Heating and Air for many years now. Always treated with respect and kindness from everyone there. They explain everything very clearly to me and answer my questions. They take very good care of their customers!! Thank you everyone at Bruce!!

1 year warranty checkup of new system. Tech arrived on time, introduced himself, described work to be accomplished, we showed him system component locations, and he went to work. Very efficient and thorough.

We had to have a motor replaced in our system that we bought in 2020 so that our heater is up and running. The technician that came out today was very professional and explanatory. It ended up being less then we expected. I have always been happy with Bruce, from fixing our old ac that luckily lasted 16 years, then updating our entire system, and now this. I would highly recommend them to everyone as professional, knowledgeable and friendly

The Tech was polite and friendly, I was instructed on what was to be done and my questions were answered, The tech worked independently while informing me on any issues, and when he was done, he gave me a summary of the work performed. Thank you and see you again next time.

Prior to hiring BRUCE Heating and Air , I hired a company to tune up my Heat Pump system that advertised for $ 19.99 .
They accidentally burned out my system!.

Chase did did an excellent job doing maintenance on my home. During inspection Chase identified a moisture problem I have been experiencing all winter in my shop. He explained the cause and came up with a solution to the problem. This resolution will be a life saving solution to carbon monoxide and moisture build up in my new shop.

Experience from the start of my call was great. The provided a a time of apointment in a surprising timely manner.
Daniel came to service our furnace and very knowledgeable of the work he performed and identified the problem and explained the repair required. Fantastic team.

The installation of the new HVAC system was very efficient and timely and today a technician came out to verify all of the warranties associated with the new system. Everything is fine.

Bruce Heating was quick to respond to my call. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained things in a way that I could understand. I appreciate their service and would highly recommend them.

These guys helped our old system along until we could afford to replace it. They got us a totally reasonable price on a new system fully installed and now I trust them to keep it running. The tech was friendly, informative, and quick. Thank you!

One thing (of many) that I like about Dayco is technician consistency. We have had the same service person for a few years now. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, clean, and friendly. Their service plans are worth it, too. We are very happy with Dayco as our vendor for our HVAC service.
Sept. 2024 update. Everything still holds true except our service tech is different. Nonetheless, we are still getting 5 star service.
