The technician from Bruce found a defect in a brand new outdoor fire pit that we had ordered. I was able to Speak to the manufacturer and they sent me a new part and the technician installed the replacement part and it’s working perfectly.

Heater was turning off intermittently. Called Bruce and they were out the same day. The technician, Lino, was very thorough and friendly.

Made the appointment to get ductwork done. They came out, did the work well. Serviced my furnace a few weeks later, saw it needed a cooling agent, refilled it. Now my a/c works like it should. Saved me a whole new unit replacement

The technician arrived early on Saturday morning because our HVAC was down. We ended up getting the work done on Monday, but they did a great job. I would recommend them.

Why do company cars ride your butt all through traffic? Attached to my bumper all the way down 395 this morning. I think it’s funny they act like this and swerve through traffic with their phone number posted on the side on bold. Doesn’t make your company look good!!
