I appreciate the reminder call from Dayco that it was time for a checkup of our HVAC system, the ease of setting up the visit, and the text on the technicians status when en route. Our technician (Mitch) was friendly and efficiently completed the checkup giving us a summary of what was done and what the checkup indicated (in our case that the system was operating well) noting that a more detailed report would be sent. We are very happy to recommend Dayco!

A few years ago I had my HVAC system replaced by these folks, and the work was excellent. But more importantly, I have been paying for their Platinum service plan ever since. The regular maintenance is nice but last night, on Christmas Eve, the thermostat failed and the house started getting COLD. We called and had a tech out two hours later, at 8pm, and he had us fixed an warm in an hour... completely covered and the tech was nothing but professional. Really happy with the purchase and the service plan

Technicians arrived as expected to install new heating and air conditioning systems. Carl introduced himself and Esteban (there was another young man there but I didn't get his name), gave me a timeline, asked if I had any questions, then immediately got to work. When the job was completed several hours later, the work area had been entirely cleaned. Carl and Esteban thoroughly went over all the pertinent details with me. I'm impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Alan from Dayco did a fabulous job at my house cleaning ducts and the outside section of the dryer vents. He worked all day nonstop and was very professional. I highly recommend Alan and Dayco for HVAC needs.

Our HVAC was not working on Sunday and we called Monday morning. They sent their tech Nick Monday afternoon and he worked meticulously and identified the problem. He showed us the problem which requires the replacement of the coil. Tech Jorge and his coworker Alexis came Wednesday morning and did the repair. Replacing the coil is a big job. They fixed the problem, and since it's still under warranty, there's no cost to us. And there's no fuzz with paperwork. They checked that everything is working, and cleaned up the place before they left. We were impressed with their prompt response and professionalism. And this is just before the weekend's heat wave. Highly recommended.

Dayco was able to get us quickly when our AC stopped working mid summer. Mitch was very helpful and was able to replace our capacitor fast!

Our technician, Jesus, did a fantastic job of identifying and correcting the problem. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about Trane systems and thermostats. He deserves cookies and doughnuts in the morning😃

Julian was excellent. He serviced 2 of our rental properties today. He was actually on the install crew when we had a new system installed by Dayco about 2 years ago. He’s extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I’m sure he’s install many systems, but he remembered installing our system. He’s an asset to Dayco.

So my first experience with this company and I am very pleased! The service tech Mike came in and was very informative and was able to relate the work that needed done in terms that I could understand. Explained to me the perks of having your home inspected and maintained by them and broke down the costs and in the process made the conversation fun! I thought this guy was the owner/mgr with the way he talked about the options available, this company is fortunate to have you on their side. Mike thank you for coming in and doing great work. Mike came out to replace our defective motor, he was very professional and a pleasure to meet, he did an awesome job, and we will be referring people to Dayco.

Dayco heating and air has now been one of the top companies on our list to do the work on our heating and air conditioning system.

Dayco is very prompt and has good customer service.
Their installation department is lacking. Make sure if you install a new HVAC system in your house that you get all of the options. I was told that there was a more efficient unit after my unit was installed, and I probably would’ve gone that route had I have known.

Also when ask to change out the sub panel that is located under my house, I was informed that it would be changed. After installation, I found out that it was not changed, even though I specifically requested it. Also, the disconnect on the outside of the house was 2 inches from the water for the hose. Leaving a different cover paint mark on the side of my house that I can’t match.

After installation, the customer service has been very good. The techs are very knowledgeable and very good at customer service!

In the heat of the Tri-Cities summer, our dual-zone A/C stopped working. Dayco was incredibly responsive and had a technician onsite the same day we called. That incredibly professional and highly knowledgeable technician provided a litany of options to fix our system, always encouraging the most affordable option, with the assurance that Dayco would be at the ready if any additional work was required. Dayco is certainly not out to make a quick buck. On the contrary, they walked us through all options and provided much needed/desired education/expertise along the way. We will certainly be using Dayco for any future HVAC needs and will recommend them to any friend/neighbor without hesitation. Thank you Dayco!

Dayco was very professional. They communicated very well. They were on time did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

Carl and Estaban was very Professional, knowledgeable and courteous every step of the way/process. They both had their individual jobs and they both had a big task at hand to remove 2 completely different 29 year old systems to install 1 new awesome system. They had to install new sections of duct work to tie 2 systems duct work down to one system, what a job they had to do. Dayco was also very Friendly and inquired about our needs. My wife is going through Chemotherapy treatments for cancer so they brought in 2 stand alone AC systems to help keep her cool 😎 and comfortable now that is what I call Excellent customer service 😀 👍🏻. The job took 2 days to complete but Carl n Estaban was awesome every step of the way. You just can't expect any better customer service Techs with the knowledge they have. Victor came out for a awhile too and helped Carl with the duct work awesome help there too. And then there's Dan the sales Rep, awesome man and very helpful with getting the ball rolling, thank you too Dan. And Raul also came n helped out too another awesome person. And I can't forget the Lady at the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce that recommended Dayco. I would definitely recommend and use Dayco anytime in the future. Also to Jeff Slape and his tech from Remco Electric that came out and hooked up all the electrical part of the job awesome possum to them too very knowledgeable people.

The technician Nick was great. He was friendly and courteous. When we found out the wrong Parts had been ordered, he worked hard to find out why and find a solution. Kudos to Nick.

Had the pleasure of working with Paul at a client’s house, and I have to say, communication was top-notch!
