My heatpump went haywire and Enrique O came out and got my heat going again. Explained the issues and process. Enrique O. Was professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Apollo did a great job for a fair cost! Everyone from the inspection to sales to the tech who replaced my unit was professional and friendly! Wouldn’t use anyone else.

The beginning of September when it was 100°+, our AC went out. It was after hours on a Thursday and a tech came to look. Told us they had to order a part and would get back to us by Monday at the latest and should even be able to install it then too as the part was showing in stock in Spokane. They never reached out to us until 5… FIVE weeks later when it’s already cold and AC isn’t needed (regardless if it was cold now, that’s still an absurd amount of time especially when told something completely different during the service call). We told them we had went with another company due to their lack of customer service and promptness. A few days later, we received a bill in the mail for the service call. I tried speaking to a supervisor but was only able to talk to a representative who played the middle man, and said they would not compromise on the bill even with the negative experience and lack of communication on their end. I understand being billed for the initial call, even though it was not followed through, but from a customer service standpoint, I just imagined there would be a little flexibility on their end given the circumstances.

Bought a whole new ac/ heat system last summer and they ended up having to custom build one for our home and they did so as no extra charge to us and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing but top notch with these guys. They worked for 7 hours non stop at my home despite that I kept telling them they were welcome to take a break or go have some lunch and come back afterwards but no they wanted to get in and get the Job done and they did a wonderful job with every single step. I will definitely be a customer for life with this company! Thank yall for everything 🙏

I called at 11:30 this morning because my heat was off. Given an appt of 12-2pm. Enrique showed up all smiles at 12p. He was pleasant and quickly repaired the problem. He answered all my questions pleasantly and thoroughly. Apollo and Enrique are the best!

When our old heat pump system failed, one local HVAC company I called for a quote was Apollo. I’m really glad I did! When I first called, I was able to get someone right away to come to my home and present me with options. This was followed up with detailed descriptions and pricing through e- mail. The system I chose was in stock and within two days, the installers went to work.
Now I have a very quiet and efficient system!
I really like the ecobee thermostat that I can control with my phone anywhere.

Ryan Mirus was great! Our A/C went out in the middle of a hot weekend and he fit us in to his, already busy, schedule. He repaired our A/C and did a full HVAC service. He helped a neighbor out also and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He is the only HVAC company in the area that we will refer!

Tri-City Heating & Air has served our family the last two years . Very responsive, very willing to do the right repair within your budget without compromising the performance of your system. They have never tried to push a new system on us like most other places I've had quoted in the past, but at the same time I'm confident they would recommend a new system when a patch or fix will not last for the value of repair.
