I really appreciate how informative Brandon Cater was when performing maintenance check on our furnace.

I had bids from several companies and Apollo Heating was one of them. From Jason, who came to discuss the options to Jessica in the office, Omar & Pedro who did the installation, I felt like a valued customer and everyone was courteous and professional! They were compassionate for my situation. I felt like they gave me the fairest deal possible and top grade service! Questions were answered kindly and completely! Things were explained in detail so I understood everything!! Integrity and pride in workmanship shows in everything they do! I would totally recommend this company to family and friends!! Couldn't be happier! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! They restored my confidence that there are still companies out there that believe in customer service and pride in workmanship!

He truly cares for his customers, was very professional, and had fantastic customer service. Jose was the Technician who came to my house, and he was prompt, explained everything in detail, and had our A/C back running in no time! They came out to our home three times for the same problem, which they didn't identify or fix the first time. Based on observing what was attempted each time, there was no reason for it to end up being three different appointments, besides for Apollo to drag out the process to make more money off us.

(They didn't try to ID anything the first time; they just replaced a part saying it might work. It didn't. The second time, the tech looked at the outside unit, didn't find a problem, but said someone could come out to see if their was a leak in the system. The third guy looked inside the HVAC unit to find the leak. Why couldn't the second guy have done that? or the first? It took the third guy a minute.)

At the second appointment, their tech took a cell call with a colleague in which they discussed charging a customer for more hours because "they have deep pockets." Unfortunately for the tech, this conversation was recorded on our home cameras. It just confirms their deceitful tactics.

Finally, the bill for these services didn't come until four months later.

Please use another company that is trustworthy. This is not it.
