Was supposed to have my Fall HVAC tune-up. Instead had a tune-up on my cooling and not my heat. Heat tune-up is normally done in the Fall time frame and cooling tune-up in Spring time frame. Trying to get my house ready for heating as it’s coming soon. My cooling is not needed anymore right now. Tech did do a great job inspecting the cooling system though.

J&R technicians are the best. Courteous and always on time. They communicate clearly what they are doing, and provide guidance when requested.

Brenda was great. She arrived on time and completed the hvac maintenance service efficiently. She was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks, Brenda!

Kevin was very pleasant to work with. He respected our home and did a phenomenal job servicing our gas’s fireplace. The unit has never looked so good!!! Highly recommend.

We really appreciate Carter coming out to do the winter maintenance on our HVAC. Not only did Connor do a great job but also answered some questions I had about operating and managing my system. We just had a new heat pump system installed. Jaime and Fabian were the installers. They did a great job on a difficult task. I highly recommend them and Jacob's and Rhodes.

The guys are friendly and polite. They started working as soon as they get to the house. They wore shoe protections inside the house and very respectful to our space. I can recommend them for same services.

AC Maintenance Tech Kevin Egger came by to perform my semi-annual checkup on my house's heat pump system. System was checked out in a very professional manner. I was 100% satisfied with the service. This is my second system installed by Jacobs and Rhodes with the first one giving me 25 years of service.

Omar did a great job fixing my Bathroom light fixture and Ceiling Fan lights! Thank you for explaining your work and he was very efficient and respectful.

Hi there. Very happy with the service provided by JCar5er Dunn from acob and Rhodes Inc. they aren't try to sell you more than what you need. Very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I called and described into detail what was wrong with my garage mini split and how to fix it (slight leak on flare of line) and that it needed vacuumed and Freon recharged. I told them the make, model, and type of Freon. They said no problem and could fix it for me. They sent out a tech and he called me and said he could not fix it and refused to touch it. Then they charged me $100. I gave them all the information before hand. They could had said no we do not work on mini splits. It makes no sense. I would not recommend because there should had been some honesty in the beginning. Waste of $100.

Brenda just did our annual heating service. She called me ahead of time to let me know she was available early hooray!

I asked her not to knock as I had just put my kids down for a nap. When she arrived she was extra careful not to wake this kids. She was prompt, courteous and thorough. I appreciated the photos she took and the items she noted to watch.

The service was exactly what I hope for and expect as a believer in proactive preventive maintenance. Thank you Brenda and team!
