Our heating unit quite on Dec. 7th, Northwest Refrigeration sent Greg, for the next month and a half he came 5 times making guesses at what was wrong. Charging us $678.00($162 per hour) and our heater stir didn't work. We called Helms Air, they came fixed what NW messed up and replaced the Motherboard and now we have had heat since. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON NORTHWEST REFRIGERATION. ALL THEY DO IS MAKE YOU THINK THEIR FIXING THE PROBLEM AND BILL OUTRAGES PRICES!!!

Did not appreciate van #1566's driving skills.
Skipped me & the vehicle in front of me, in a merging lane going 80mph (speed limit is 60mph on 240), because he didn't want to zipper merge. Might need to re-enroll him in a driving class.

Their drivers INTENTIONALLY pace other cars on the freeway causing over a mile of backup and putting other drivers in harms way by brake checking thus forcing people to pass on the shoulder. Can/Will upload dash cam video later

Went out of his way to help me, amazing service, I've haven't had that from a company before...

If I could give ZERO stars I would because Jose,who is the owner flat out lied about coming out to my property after I waited 2 hours for him and did not return my call or the rep with American home warranty who left a message for him as well to call me back..I finally got a hold of him 2 hours later only to lie and tell me a tech came out and I was not there when I was there the entire time. He said he could not come back today and wouldnt be able to come out until Monday..2 days later when I have not been able to use anything involving water in my house since last Wednesday..I will also share that he did come out last Wednesday ( 3 days ago) only to tell me it was not a plumbing problem,but a HVAC issue with the condensation line,BUT did not put his hands on any line to verify it wasn't a sewer line issue, so service was transferred to a HVAC company and that condensation line was rerouted ONLY to still have the problem with a leak,now out of the sewer line that in fact was a plumbing issue the entire time and had he investigated to begin with and not been lazy about it..or maybe he didn't want to get his clothes dirty because he certainly was NOT dressed to do any work with the nice jeans,shirt and I'm thinking new tennis shoes he was wearing I would not still be having a problem and be able to live in my condo at this time..Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs because you will be wasting time waiting for him and who knows if you will even get the job done or done right..That I never had a chance to find out and I'm sure it was ablessing in disguise for me..Happy my service was able to transferred from them after getting the rep from American home warranty to see my side and understand my frustration over Jose's dishonesty and poor customer service,as it says 24/7 customer service it certainly is NOT!!! Do not use this company. I had an appointment which I called the day before to confirm. No one bothered to show up or even call to explain. Left several messages requested an explanation as to the no show and the owner still has not called me back. I am out 3 hours for work and no service done. Would not recommend this company. Horrible customer service.
