Our heater went out and it was cold season. ACES was available to check it out over a weekend, immediately. We were very thankful as we had a newborn at the time. Noe’s team was very professional and completed the job AND went the extra mile and noticed something was not done right and cleaned it up. Exceptional service from them. 100 recommend!

Really liked the customer service here. They answered on the first ring and arrived within the time window they gave. We had them install multiple mini-splits in our house and shop a couple years ago. They work great! We are going to have them come out and do maintenance on them before it gets too cold since we’ve had them for awhile. Hasn’t been too expensive either compared to the other ones we called.

Noe and his team at Aces Heating & Cooling are the best heating & cooling team I have ever had. I got my system updated when Noe was first moving into the tricities area. I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect, courtesy, and very professionally. They come and check my system twice yearly and I have been highly satisfied with Noe and his team.

Aces has done multiple repairs for us and they’ve always been great to work with — reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. During their annual maintenance check, they even discovered a hidden water leak at my house and helped me prevent what could’ve been a big issue. I worked with ACES Heating & Cooling for 3 years or so and they are awesome! They handled all our needs, including some new work to be done when we added a mini-split at the house for a separate building, no big deal no huge cost increase either! I would highly recommend this company. I made a mistake and called another local company to do the work installing one in our home thinking it was Ace. Big mistake, they have never checked on our system, not once. ACE is highly recommended.

As always Aces is the best with their customer service, installation and aftercare services. I signed up for the “No Worries” plan. For 49$ a month i get peace of mind that they will be there whenever I need them should an issue arise. They bring a new filter for every 6 month service. They make sure the drain line is treated with tablets that eliminate any odors or clogs. They are the bee’s knees. Thanks again Christian! You are awesome. 🙏

ACES did a fantastic job on our home's needs. They rerouted the HVAC in our 1940's farmhouse to get us the maximum ability of usage. We now have more rooms heated and cooled efficiently. The rooms that we could not accommodate were equipped with ductless A/C and heating units (mini-splits). It changed our home immensely and three years later we are still happy with our results and decision to trust ACES with the delivery of service. These are great trustworthy people. I would definitely use them again when needed.

Noe was awesome! He came out to do regular maintenance on our HVAC system and did a great job. Super friendly, on time, and really knows his stuff. He walked me through what he was checking and gave a few helpful tips to keep things running smoothly. Everything’s working perfectly now. I’ll definitely call Noe again next time we need HVAC work. I needed to replace my AC and Furnace. Had ACES come out and give me a quote first. Told them what I was looking for but would not be giving them an answer right away. As I had four other companies coming to give me a quote. I choose them because of how friendly the first person was that came to the first visit and also their prices were very reasonable. From the five quotes I received they where very competitive with other offers but the one thing that stood out from all the rest was the positive reviews. So I decided to go with ACES. And it was a good choice. As the whole process was quick and every employee that I met with the company was very friendly and professional. After the job was done they cleaned up everything and then came back couple months later to check up and make sure everything was working and so far it has been working perfectly. I upgraded my 29 year old AC and Furnace and I am trully seeing the benefits. No issues and my electric bill has been lower than previous years for the summer and the winter. Would definitely recommend them.
