Would recommend this place 10/10 got me in last minute to check my AC Unit and even showed up hours before they were expected. Their worker Sebastian did a great job and got my unit working in no time and is working better than ever. Very affordable!!

These guys are respectful and knowledgeable We bought our cooling and heating from these guys well worth the money for peace of mind

AC unit was 25 years old and needed replaced. Cassie hooked us up with a new Trane. It works great. The people at Bob Rhodes are very knowledgeable and efficient.

Since gramps moved in, every morning I'd wake up my house would smell like road kill. The rancid smell from the kitchen was diving me nuts. I was on the verge of putting him in a nursing home. That's where Cass and her team stepped in to install a much needed ventilation hood in my kitchen. On top of that, they set me up with a brand new heating and cooling unit to tame the elements. Not only did they save my sanity, they saved my family. Gramps is now enjoying his new place at the old folks home and I'm kicking back in my nice ac! Thanks Bob Rhodes!

The technician did a good job for what was found to be wrong, but the older man would have done more or at least asked if I wanted a regular fall service while he was there. When the older man did my house on 59th, he even put a sticker on the unit, indicating it had been checked, since he knew I was selling it, same as this one. For the price I paid, am a little disappointed.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with each and every person I have talked to ar Bob Rhodes Heatknf & Air. The customer service I have received is above any I have ever received. They really do go above and beyond for the customer!

This is the best Air Conditioning company in the Tri-Cities. Trust me, I've been through them all. We had a bad system installed in our home by Campbell and Company and have had nothing but problems with it the last 7 years.
It took so long to find a company that was willing to listen to me, understand my frustration, identify the problem and provide a solution .
Bob Rhodes is #1 -
Thanks for keeping our system running great. Your folks are always prompt and courteous. Keep up the good work!

We ended up having multiple issues with our heating in our house that they were able to diagnose and fix. Very knowledgeable technicians, i never felt like they were throwing parts in the dark trying to fix the problem. Even talked on the phone with vivint to resolve a thermostat issue which vivint was denying was being caused by their system but Bob rhodes insisted it was. I listened to them and let them install a new thermostat and problem fixed. Very happy with the service highly recommended.

I was a customer of Bob Rhodes Heating and Air for 3 years and was on the maintenance "plan" they advertise for. I had them out for the summer maintenance on June 28, 2023. On August 16, 2023 my air conditioner broke. I have been calling Bob Rhodes to ask that someone tell me what I paid for on June 28th, and I'm being stone walled. Only Jason, a supervisor, knows what is included in the maintenance appointment that I paid for, and he will not return our phone calls. August 16, 2023, in Richland, WA had a high of 105, so not having AC is not an option. The Bob Rhodes technician found all sorts of issues with our HVAC unit. All of the issues were supposed to be checked at the June 28th appt. We paid $1,200.00 to Bob Rhodes yesterday, and that didn't even fix the problem.
I called Bob Rhodes today, Thurs. Aug. 17 to talk to Jasons supervisor and was told he doesn't have a supervisor or only he knows the name of his supervisor. I asked for the district managers name and was told Jason is the only authority to talk to.
Long story not so short, Chinook Heating and Air was out today. We will be doing business with them fron now on. The employees at the Kennewick office of Bob Rhodes sound uneducated and illiterate on the phone. I was told today by an office employee that I should go pray to the deceased previous owner of Bob Rhodes, Bob Hamilton.
I would have given zero stars, but that wasn't an option. -
The guys that came out were so nice. But...I have been waiting over 3 weeks for the estimate. Have made calls and am told they will email it to me by the end of the day.... still waiting. What happened to just being honest. If you don't want the job .... say so. If you can't find the equipment...say so. It's called honset customer service. Is that not a thing anymore?

Stay away from this business if you don’t want to get charged an exorbitant price. They charged me $513.60 to unplug a clogged condensate line with a single CO2 cartridge that took less than 15 minutes. Apparently $320 of that was “Travel,” and the rest “Labor”. When I called to question the bill, the receptionist agreed that my complaint was reasonable and said that she would take it up with the billing person. Nobody ever got back to me, despite repeated calls on my part. What irked me as much as the excessive charge was the way I was repeatedly ignored, despite what I felt was a reasonable query. I will stay away from this business in the future.

While I was gone, they came out to my home to do spring maintenance. They called and said I had a coil leak, and turned the power off to my thermostat. That would have been fine, until they said they couldn't come fix it for 9 days to fix it, and left my thermostat turned off with no plans to return. So I would have been without any central heat or air for a week and half and they told me it was going to be $3500 to fix. I had another company come out and sure enough....no leak found. Everything is running good and no issues...sick of dishonest HVAC companies.

Had an awful experience calling their service line. Found them on google, requested to speak with the owner regarding a project I need done, and was told to never call back and then got hung up on. What kind of customer service is that ???

Had my AC go out on August 1st of last year. Not only did they have someone out the next morning, but had the motor I needed in the truck with them. Everything was fixed quickly and for what I consider a very reasonable price.
Both employees that came out to work were very polite and professional.
I will not hesitate to call them again if I have any issues in the future. -
My old heater went out and chose Bob Rhodes Heating and Air to replace my old system. They did a great job installing the new unit, paid close attention to detail and answered any questions I had about the new system. They also worked with the PUD and took care of the energy efficiency rebates. My new system works great. I would recommend them on so many levels. One thing I like about this company is that I can trust they have Good employees who I can trust in my house as the work is taking place. I later had them install a gas tankless water heater which we love. This is a great company to have as your heating and air contractor and will be recommending to everyone.

I have been doing business with Bob Rhodes heating and A/C for over 25 years and they have never let us down. We used them for A/C and heating for our business for 25 years and then install heat pump for our home. We have always had top notch service, installs and repairs. Recently we had A/C go out on Sunday afternoon Labor Day weekend, there was very good / easy communication with office and service to be able to get repair done in a timely manner. I have very old dogs that do not do well with heat, Bob Rhodes company had AC repaired and up and running next day by 10 am. It gives us peace of mind knowing there is a business that can acknowledge and appreciate customers needs.

Last Friday evening I noticed that my temperature in my house was starting to rise. I have had this problem before, and it was the capacitor on the unit itself. I called around to try to find just the capacitor. Of course, I couldn't locate one on the weekend. So I called Bob Rhodes Heating and air conditioning, and they couldn't make it out until Monday morning. When they showed up, the technician just changed the capacitor and didn't check anything else. The cost for this "service" was $550. $100 diagnostic fee and $409 for the capacitor and install and then tax. The capacitor is about a $20 part and takes about 15 minutes to install. I just went outside, and the fan is not starting again. The system didn't even last a week.
If you need A/C service done, avoid Bob Rhodes as a reliable provider.
