Guy was a jerk. Heads up to anyone out there looking for help, These guys won't give it to you unless you are a licensed HVAC contractor.
-
The HVAC unit we ordered arrives a few hours late due to shipping but works like a dream
-

-
Whole sale only
They won't even sell u a screwdriver if u not one of their customer and they will laugh as u walk out the door -
After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and not being available when they called I was told they would be out the following Monday. Monday comes around and then told it won't be for another week. Poor service and no apology. They certainly need a different person to work with the public. Not so much as a sorry. Very disappointed!

Great installation without a hassle or mess. Competent technicians. Polite, helpful people. System works great. Great price. Very satisfied. Best in the business.
-
As always work was performed perfectly and any worries about the system not functioning well are eliminated.

Thank you! Timely, efficient and communicative. I appreciate the prompt response and saving me thousands by identifying a simple fix and getting it done all within two hours. I can't say enough good things!

Our unit went out on a weekend and Bob came over personally to check it out. It ended up being a minor problem. It cost us less than $50. Another company wanted $100 look at it.
-
He came right when he said he’d be there, was very thorough and answered all of our questions.
-
Good service, Casey is on top of things, quick and swift installation, great crew.

Had them install a fireplace blower. Eighteen mos later it quit working. Wife called and told them it quit working and asked if it was under warranty (as you do when you've spend $300 to have something installed and it quits working after 7 uses). They sent a repairman out who opened the door to it and said "Yeah, that brand is only warrantied for a year, but you owe me $100 for coming out."
HVAC companies are notorious for crp like this, but their manager gave me the middle finger when I called to say "C'mon- your guy was here for 3 minutes and you want to charge me for a 'visit' to tell me the blower isn't under warranty??"
Find a company who'll look at their paperwork to tell you the warranty has run out. It shouldn't cost you $100 for that information. -
Very helpful. Very responsive. They make sure that the job is done right. Excellent follow through.
Would recommend to my friends and family.
