Continental has truly been an amazing customer service for us and our family. They are impressive when it comes to response time. It truly amazed me how willing and ready and flexible they were getting to our home and helping with our water/slight flooding emergency. The clarity of the way they work a business that is usually something people are not privy to. Everyone I spoke to was super clear and matter of fact while answering any questions we had to even after their job was done.
