We are so impressed by the results. Our carpets look so much better! We had our carpets cleaned several years earlier by another cleaner and were very disappointed that they didn't look much different. We were happily surprised by the amazing difference in our carpets when we had Continental Carpet Cleaners come. They literally changed colors from a dark, dirty carpet to a light, clean carpet. They are also very professional. I got a call when they were heading my way, they were on time, friendly and courteous.

Courteous and professional, took a little over an hour and looked really nice! Even provided a pic of the cleaned portion of the room next to the uncleaned portion... This company is the real deal, and they even spoke English and understood English :)

I'm always appreciative of small businesses that provide an excellent service or product. This is what I experienced today when Kevin, owner of Continental Carpet Cleaning, showed up to clean our carpets. He took the time to look at the entire house and understand what we needed from an overall perspective, learn of any specific concerns that he should know about, and to look at the stained areas that needed special attention. In short, Kevin was very thorough and detail oriented before he even started to clean the carpet.

As you might expect, Kevin's thoroughness continued as he cleaned and treated the carpet. Tough stained areas received special attention and those areas were cleaned to better than new condition. He explained the cleaning and drying process as he cleaned the carpets. The final step after treating the rugs was when he returned with a special brush to remove the swirl marks from the cleaning process, leaving the carpet looking like new.

So would I have Continental Carpet come back? Absolutely! Kevin is a personable, very pleasant and trustworthy individual, a skilled technician, who provided impeccable work cleaning our carpets, met all of our expectations, and is a local small business owner. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Kevin, the owner let us know he could come earlier and that was just great with us. We were able to text him when we got home and he showed up, ready to work about 10 minutes later. He was careful about protecting hoses around doorways and thorough about cleaning the carpet and rugs. Friendly, professional and quality work, you can't ask for more than that. This is the third time we have had Continental out and they will continue to have our business.

We have tried several carpet cleaners over the years...including doing it ourselves, but our carpets haven't looked this beautiful since we had them installed. Kevin did a great job, was kind and polite. Our carpets look brand new! Not a single stain has "revealed" itself as I have found many stains to do after they dry. Kevin and his technicians are very respectful of our home and take good care to be careful when cleaning our carpets. They are knowledgeable and friendly! My friend highly recommended we call Kevin at Continental to clean our rental property carpet. We had an unfortunate situation and needed help right away. Kevin was friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating from the very beginning. Kris came over the next day and did a phenomenal job. He arrived early, was personal and professional. He said the work is guaranteed and if there’s any problems to let him know and they’ll take care of it. I will definitely recommend them and reach out if I need their help again in the future.

Very professional business. Great communication, and price. When making the appointment I was given information on how the process works and was able to book appt the next week. They sent an email explaining how to prepare for the visit and what to expect. Great value for the money and they did an excellent job. There were no chemical smells and my carpets feel so soft and look like new. Highly recommend this carpet cleaner.

Kevin took the initial call and gave me all kinds of information about how to prepare the carpets for cleaning. He also sent an email about the same as well as confirming the appointment. I understand why this company is highly rated. From start to finish, great customer service and great quality of work. I was able to get an appointment within a week. Bill, who cleaned my carpets was very communicative and professional. If I ever have any future needs, I will be contacting this company. Thank you!!

Pros: very good at drying stuff out, very nice and professional

Cons: we paid continental to dry out our space and that’s all they did, it took them 2 guys about 1-2 hrs of work to set up and take down fans for $XX,XXX. When the leaking problem persisted, we called a different company who sent a team of professionals and for LITERALLY 1/3 the cost they dried the space, treated for mold, fixed the damage caused by both continental and the leak, cleaned the carpets, retextured and painted the walls and ceiling, replaced all the baseboards and trim, discovered the source of the leak, fixed the leak and gave us a warranty.

I wish someone had warned me not to call continental, we could have saved so much money and headache.

House flooded called continental they came out the same night. Did an assessment and started the mitigation process the very next day. They gave great advice on who to go to for the restoration and kept me in the loop. 100% will recommend when the opportunity arises

I am impressed with Continental Cleaning & Restoration. Kevin the owner made sure to keep the line of communication open and came out and checked to see if there was any moisture in our ceiling. He was informative and kind. I will definitely use them again.

We have used Continental Cleaning for carpet cleaning for several years. Always a positive experience. The technicians listen to my concerns. The carpets look great! This time we also had the microfiber couch/chair and ottoman cleaned. They now look new :)

I hired Continental Carpet to do a job for my real estate business. Very professional, courteous, and friendly service. He did run late for our appointment, but he called and made sure we knew the situation so we weren't waiting around all day. His work is great. We had carpets cleaned and stretched, and they look nice and feel clean. We'll definitely be using Continental Carpet again.

Don’t understand the high ratings here. We had a leaking roof, they came and brought a bunch of fans and did testing. Charged $12k didn’t help us with any contractors. Our roof leaked again, Kustom came out and for half the cost did everything, they were very proactive, worked with our insurance company. Way better experience. Wouldn’t use continental go to Kustom. They fixed it quickly and were extremely professional. Don’t use this company.

Amazing customer service and did a great job on our carpets. I was nervous about using any other company since my last carpet cleaning guy retired. Definitely will use them again. They called before showing up, arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned and were very professional and my carpets look amazing. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin and his team are awesome! We had several pet stains, a few that were more stubborn than others, and they made several trips back to get them out completely! They are courteous and professional. Kevin got us scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and were finished in no time! He even checked back with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with how the carpets turned out.
